I don't understand why this provider has a 2.8 rating? She was literally the best doctor that I have had my whole life (and I have seen many.) She was thorough and persistent. She really looked out for her patients and made sure they were taken care of. She stood up for my health. I could go on and on about how great she is. I wish she didn't leave Socorro.

I had been looking for a new DR for a year and a half. I knew DR Allen was transferring to Albuquerque from Socorro NM. My first visit was via phone because of COVID. She spent an hour plus and was very through.

We would definitely recommend Dr. Allen!!! We were so happy with our visit yesterday. She took her time answering ALL of our questions and concerns in great detail. She was very through in my husbands check-up and brought to our attention issues we weren't aware of.

Dr Allen is an exceptional doctor that I particularly recommend to women. Sandra is a gentle, knowledgeable doctor that takes time to LISTEN to her patients. Regarding controlled substances, Dr Allen is reasonable & never aggressive or emotional about meds. With Dr. Allen a dirty UA doesn't mean getting blackballed and losing your prescription. It means the offer of addiction treatment & counseling. That really impressed me & it made me feel safe to be 100% honest about other things in our doctor/patient relationship.
