Very disorganized, put me in a janitor closet and then forgot me, that was my last visit. When I transferred to another Dr. he refused to send over records. Unlike most Dr's he will have you come in for another appointment to discuss test results rather than telling you over the phone so he can get another visit in and bill your insurance. Very unethical.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT SINCE 2005. i FIRST SAW HIM W/190 HEARTRATE. PACEMAKER, DEFIBRILLATOR INSTALLED. iCD REPLACED HALFWAY THROUGH 2007{DUE TO WEAK BATTERY] AND AGAIN IN 2010 FOR SAME REASON, I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ABLATIONS AND WAS FEELING BAD IN JULY 2014, CALLED AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR A DOUBLE CATH, THE NEXT DAY. I CODED ON THE TABLE DURING THE LEFT CATH. THE EXTRACTION RATE WAS 5%. I WAS SUPPLIMENTED W/MILERONE FOR 5 MONTHS AND RECIEVED A HEART TRANSPLANT IN NOV. GOD BLESS DR. NEEL. JAY HOLMES,PAMPA

Dr Neel saved my husbands life. He is young, now 52 years old and was being mismanaged by another dr in town. Dr Neel seen him right away and recognized his need for quality healthcare. He placed an icd in my husband and truly brought him back to me and our two girls. Without Dr Neel, I can honestly say my husband would not be here. We hope he never leaves Amarillo! I recommend him to everyone needing "electrical" problems of the heart; or if you are having heart problems.To me he is the best of the best. I work in the healthcare area, and never have my husband of myself ever felt that dr Neel didn't have time for us. He will be honest and has the skills to back it up. We are lucky to have such an astonishing Dr in Amarillo. He ranks 100% in my families eyes!

Dr. Neel takes care of my mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, some of my friends and me. I have been his patient since 2005, and as a result of his treatment, I have not had an incident of afib in over five years. He cares about his patients and is a great doctor.

I was one of Dr. Neelagarus' first patients. Before he came to Amarillo, no one else did ablations, according to another cardiologist. So I waited patiently for Dr. Neelagaru to arrive. I couldn't have made a better decision!!!! When I called, they got me in right away. I was in the hospital the next day having my ablation. I was in the hospital overnight, but went home the next day minus my Calan a channel blocker, and have been without it 10 years! I can't even begin to tell you how awsome and very compassionate Dr. Neel is, There is no other cario surgeon for me. I thank God for him!!!!!
