I went six months without my medication because of a repeated error in the pre-authorization process made by my previous primary care physician. I was denied three times, and it felt like no one was really listening or trying to help—until I met Krystal. She’s only been my doctor for three weeks, and in that short time, she not only listened to me, but took immediate action. She got the pre-authorization submitted correctly and APPROVED! Krystal is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her patients. She made something happen in weeks that others couldn’t do in half a year. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for her—she is an absolute blessing and one of the best doctors I’ve ever had!

Initial visit (12/26/2024) was good, Krystal was friendly and explain possible hormone treatment after taking blood work. Had a follow up visit on 12/30/2024 to go over the blood work I had to send her. She followed up on 1/3/2025, but have not heard from her still (2/19/2025). Disappointed with the lack of follow up and results (none).

Love love this place, just go. So easy to get an appt and the staff are more than helpful.

Finding a medspa is always so overwhelming in finding people that you can trust. I gained over 40lbs from my birth control and was struggling with weight loss issues. Krystal went over every weight loss option with me and helped me decide on a detailed plan. I feel more confident, less stressed, and can always text or call when I have a question or concern. Alexis is also a fantastic injector she is the last person to touch my lips! 💉This place won’t let you down!

Wanted to come on here and express my gratitude for these ladies and this company. I came into the office wanting to achieve some weight loss goals. I have always struggled with weight my whole life. I was so comfortable speaking to Krystal. She listened, never judged. She was so kind, informative, gave me multiple options and has worked with me even switching around medications/different options. They are always available and on call if you need to speak or reach out to them. 5 months later I had seen a number on the scale I haven’t seen in years. I finally fit into a pair of jeans that have just been hanging in the closet. I feel good, confident, and healthy. Although I still have some work to do, I am so happy I continue to get to work with her to reach my goal. I am just truly thankful for the exceptional experience you have provided me this far.
