List of Thomas G. Grace's Reviews
I had a very professional, informative and helpful appt with Dr Grace. He was very caring and helpful in helping me understand some of my issues, took his time and made some solid recommendations. I appreciated his time and expertise. Thank you. And I never felt rushed, he listened and guided.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Grace did 3 knee surgeries (2 orthoscopic and 1 big one - grafts nuts, bolts, screws), many, many years ago and my knee still functions fully! ❤️❤️❤️
I had an appointment about a month ago when I went in and the receptionist asked for my insurance papers and an ID I was refused because my driver's license had expired in the middle of the covid pandemic I don't drive I don't have a car but I was refused service because of that
Thomas Grace is the most caring, knowledgeable and professional Orthopedist anyone could hope to find. Careful assessment and treatment plans based on years of experience and a patient’s best interests are the hallmarks of Dr Grace’s care. Thank God for Dr Grace! - A registered nurse and grateful patient!
I have a circulatory issue which causes vascular constriction when stressed out. I am a difficult blood draw on top of being extremely anxious with needles. Thomas couldn’t hit the blood draw and after making jokes about using “blunt needles on lawyers” he attempted 4 times on the side where I have had several IVs from prior treatments and surgeries. He accused me of being an “intravenous drug user” since my “veins were shot.” This was after I explained my medical history. He needs to retire. He has zero compassion.
I have seen Dr Grace and other providers for years. They are professional and very courteous. I had the Stem cell therapy and it worked. Not everyone will qualify and it is not covered under insurance. I love their office and they also do Homeopathic Injections that work amazingly well.
I went in to be evaluated for stem cell injections of the knee. Dr. Grace was very engaging and personable. He evaluated my knee and talked to me about 20 minutes about the stem cell procedure. What he DID NOT do was go over my MRI and Xrays with me, explaining the issues and my specific treatment options. I was ready to schedule the injections and called the person responsible for that (who I will not name here). She would not return a phone call. I went somewhere else for my procedure.
Dr Grace figured out what was going on with me after other Drs failed to listen to me regarding pain. Thanks to him I'm on my way to healing & have an understanding of my injuries. I have more mobility & less pain!
Took forever for the office to call insurance companies for referrals and authorizations needed. My copays were higher since a timely authorization was not processed. Received a large bill a year later.
Been coming here for years and seen several providers for a variety of issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Of course they make occasional errors, but this is a professional organization that puts the patients first.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
