Worst place ever!!!! Do not go here if you can avoid it! The Dr. Gurule called me and set my appointment up with me and her MA I guess did not put in the system so I got to the Doctors off at 8:30 for an 8:40 appointment time and did not get seen to almost noon. This absolutely horrible service!

I called around April 2024 to establish as a patient at any family clinic and was told I'd be placed on a wait list. I called again today to follow up (08-05-2024) and was told new patients aren't being accepted. I explained I was on the wait list and asked when would I receive a call. I was told some people have been waiting for over 2 years to see a doctor. At this point, I believe openings for new patients occurs when someone dies.

Called because I need a primary care as new patient and this number was listed under as accepting new patients and the lady with the most glee and joy that she could muster couldn’t wait to tell me that there not accepting patients. Was as happy as human could possibly be to tell me that they would never be providing me service and was stoked to get me off the phone. To take joy in telling people is there on there own is wild behavior. Our medical system is disgusting

I was recently seen here, and had blood work done that showed why I was feeling terrible. Nothing was done. When I followed up asking for help, I very rudely, pretty much dismissed by Vicky Chee, I believe her name was. Will not go to this location anymore.

I LOVE IT HERE ! Came here first when I was pregnant with my son and I was not disappointed , Dr Goldstein was and is amazing. Always feel comfortable asking her any type of question. The nurses are excellent as well. Thank you to all the staff here , you guys are doing an amazing job 🙂
