Not good! There seems to be a pattern here - Dr Ritchie is rude, always very late, uncaring, doesn't follow up, doesn't care if you are in pain, and doesn't care if his patients have a negative result. Why would anyone want to see him? I'm in pain every day after experiencing his surgical skill or should I say lack of surgical skill. Do not recommend!

I arrived on time and the Dr Richie didn't show up. I left after 1hour and 15 minutes without seeing any one other than the xray people. Don't plan to return.

Have an amazing experience. Dr. Ritchie has answer every question I've had and settled any concern. He really does take his time, doesn't rush, its a great experience. I have seen comments about his timing but honestly it was worth the wait to have a compassionate physician.

Dr. Ritchie is such an awesome doc! He had the best side manners, he spent so much time with me I felt like I was the only patient! He took the time to hear me out and actually listened to what I had to say, didn't make me feel rushed one bit. I hadn't gone to many doctors due to experiences I had before, but Ritchie has broken that fear and doubt I had in Dr.s very grateful is all I can say!

So I posted before but wanted to follow up. I did get to see Dr. Ritchie and I can tell you, he is as great as I remember! He was kind, caring, compassionate. My wait time was under 30 mins. He diagnosed and treated my problem right then. I am 70% better almost immediately! He is the consummate diagnostician. His professionalism and inter-personal skills are quite unusual in Orthopedics. Dr. Ritchie treated my daughter for a sport related injury during her cheer season. He was very attentive and explained her injury to her as well as provided handouts and exercises to ensure her return to cheer promptly. He is very attentive and caring and does focus on the whole patient not just the injury. On our second appointment we saw his PA Micah, he was great, friendly and very informative as well. I would recommend him to my friends and family! Thank you Dr. Ritchie and staff.
