My mom has been having trouble getting a medication that is approved by her insurance for Her diabetes since before thanksgiving. The current doctor, Dr.Swanson is the worst doctor that office has had. My mother has been going there for years and never had this issue. My mom been calling daily to get the doctor to prescribe her something that will help her but no seems to help. Also my mom stated she would go in person and the receptionist always say they are too busy they can’t help her. It’s been two medications she has sent that her insurance doesn’t cover. My mom has been trying to tell them which one is covered but they just don’t communicate it. This office just keeps getting worst and worst. I don’t recommend I understand they are so busy but there is no structure to help their patients out.

Bad service! They just lost mine and my grandmother's paperwork so we lost our health care! Thanks alot! Now we are gonna have to jump through hoops to get it back!! If anything bad happens its on those people! If I could, I would give them a -1 star rating! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
