Very good place and staff is willing to go above and beyond for patients

I needed to get a test for work and was sent in by my employers to this facility I called and tried to set up an appointment the lady I spoke to was in a hurry and did not want to speak to me but said that it was first come first serve to get the test when I showed up there early in the morning to be the first one in line they said I had to be a patient of this facility and they could not help me they could have told me that over the phone and not been so rude when they did it this is a terrible place and I'll never go back, Go to the one in Los Lunas, They are 100% better!

I don’t recommend this place they take a long time to pick up the phone, if you need a Spanish speaking person they’ll answer in Spanish and say one moment, then put you on hold and after waiting for a long time they’ll hang up on you. They take a long time to give you an appointment but if you call at 7am there is appointments available that’s so weird.

This place is horrible. I was trying to get my daughter seen and they did NOT help or seem to even care . I would recommend not taking your children there .

Been coming here for several years. I love the staff and my doctor. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I saw the low rating and had to submit a review. This clinic is here to serve a tough community. This staff deals with a lot, but they are here because they want to help this community. They could choose to work in more glamorous fields but theyre here because they care. Nothing and no one is perfect, mistakes and miscommunication happens. Lets at least give them credit where credit is due. Thank FC belen for taking such good care of me all these years 💖

My primary care provider is Holly Burks and I have been seeing her for about 2 years. She always listens to my concerns, she doesn't hesitate to order tests to help figure out what is going on, she listens to me without interrupting every time I see her. I appreciate having First Choice because I have been to other places recently, including urgent cares in Albuquerque, that did not do anything except send me to the ED. I feel like Holly does her best to treat me and address my concerns right away to help avoid ED visits. I think she is educated and knows what she is doing. The front desk staff were friendly as well as the MAs. It was also a short wait time, especially compared to the ED wait I had recently!

This clinic is a community health center able to address most primary care medical and behavioral health needs. Care is primarily by scheduled appointment. During COVID19 pandemic the clinic is able to offer on site, telephone and curbside care.

My son needed to be seen as a walk in and was a patient there. They said my son is no longer a patient there for some reason and he could not be seen

Horrible experience how can they take my 5 year old son off as a patient without me telling them to. I needed to do a walk in appointment for him and for some reason they took him off as a patient . Does not make any sense. Worst place ever
