HORRIBLE service all the time from the secretarys that will always give you wrong information or every single one of them give you a different answer, made me wait 50 minutes for "curbside" appointment only reason i continue to come is because Dr berrios is an excellent dr No on ever answers the phone but they tell you to call qhen you are outside but then say they dont have phones only a call center would give it 0 stars if i could

There services are very poor they keep putting me on hold and then hang out on me my grandfather need his insulin and these people haven’t done anything about it it’s been over two weeks and if he gets sick Ido what I’ll do

Service here give the good Doctors a bad Rap. The Doctors are attentive no issues there. However the Service is a nightmare. Been there for years and still NO improvement. When you come in and they torral there eyes give you sas and make sure they treat you.... When they call the back staff they don't let them know you have been in front for a long time before the clocked you in. Etc..... Just hope there own families don't go there would nktnwant them or anyone being g treated like ....

Falsify medical documents and each doctor or nurse practitioner come to different conclusions depending on your symptoms. One says you may have a heart murmur while another finds nothing wrong.

I have never in my life been turned away from a La Clinica in my life. I went in for a sick visit. The lady in the front said that unless I was willing to transfer all my records over from my regular doctor and change to their clinic, they would not see me. La Clinica is not supposed to send anyone away. I don't want to go back if the people at this clinic pick and choose who get to be seen. I am never going back to this clinic again. They have no professionalism or tact.

When i brought my grandkids here the clerks that check you in are very unfriendly. The senior clerk is the worst. And she basically runs the place. She needs to be fired. And what gets me is she is very attentive to those who speak no english. I wouldnt recomend this clinic to anyone til there is a change in clerical staff.

wouldn’t rate at all...very unprofessional, lady on one puffy gray hair with glasses she is very rude! She slammed the slinging glass door on my moms face when she was asking them a question about my sister. I have worked in offices before waiting time should be at least 15 minutes i would understand if doctors are in call or busy with other patients.This place takes about an hour to two. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
