So i was referred in August. I was only called once saying all they needed was my pulmonary rehab notes and they'd schedule and get me in. I had them sent right over. And i was never called again. I tried i don't know how many times to get back in touch with them to see what was going on with it. I was told each time they were passing on the message. And i never was called back. I call again today and was told they closed my referral because they never heard back from me. I told them i had been calling and i was never called back. They then tried to say it was because he's picky about what he wants from the doctors. I again told them i had sent over everything they asked for. I don't know what's going on in that office but something needs to change.

He was great with my mom. He is kind of quiet, but he is direct and very professional. We are grateful his work with my mom.

One of the best physicians I've run across in years. Great bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Arnel Bobadilla. The only issue I've had is trying to get my calls answered by the clinic switchboard. It's nearly impossible to get through. I've been trying to make an appointment for over a week now with no success getting them to answer the phone beyond the initial how to direct your call recorded messages. Just this morning I waited through 17 minutes of ringing to the appointment desk before I hung up in frustration. Dr. Bobadilla (his nursing staff is great) needs better external staff or to switch clinics.

I just moved here from Santa Fe. My pulmonologist in Santa Fe was caring, answered all my questions and I had faith she could help me manage my lung disease. I found NONE of these qualities in Dr. Bobadilla. He spent all his time typing and did not look me in the eye when talking to me. He went so far as to tell me I probably did not need 6 to 7 liters of oxygen and told me about patients that could not talk because of COPD and lack of breath. I have had COPD for over 4 years and I monitor my oxygen levels with an oximeter. I follow the instructions of my last pulmonologist. I was greatly disappointed that the only specialist in Clovis to help manage my lung disease did not seem to care. He belittled my concerns about exacerbations. He wrote 2 prescriptions a steroid and an antibiotic for me to take if I felt like I was getting an infection that would lead to an exacerbation. This seems like a dangerous practice to me! I have cancelled any future appointments with him and I cancelled the records request from Santa Fe. I will seek care from a local MD and drive the 4 hours to Santa Fe to a pulmonologist. This will be a hardship as I am on SS. But at least I will have confidence that the care I receive will help me remain as healthy as possible with lung disease. I actually fear death would be probable from an exacerbation with Dr Bobadilla as my pulmonologist.
