List of Circle Medical's Reviews
This company is the WORST. They just take your money and don't actually care about patients. There have been many many mistakes with my prescriptions and they always take forever to resolve. This time I've been trying to contact them for several days and only get to chat with a stupid bot. No one has reached out to me so I'm unmedicated until they decide they have time to submit a valid prescription to the pharmacy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They takes weeks to answer questions or simple requests on the app messaging system. My Dr. Is great but the people running the app and site are not. I'm very disappointed as they boast fast response time, 24hr insurance approval (took almost 2 weeks) it took them almost 2 months to reply to a message I sent when I first enrolled. And now takes atleast 2 weeks to get a response and even if I reply immediately to their response it can still take several days to respond to me.i can't believe the level of unprofessionalism and disregard especially for this being a "medical" provider. As soon as I can find a new provider and
Doctor didn't bother to look at lab results that he ordered for me. When NP couldn't explain anything to me about an abnormal lab value, I was told I had to pay for an extra visit if I wanted the doctor to look at the labs and tell me if it was alright. Terrible customer service here. Just go to a traditional family practice doctor's office instead.
So many negative reviews! Wow I have not a bad experience yet. I love my doctor Vladislav Kuznetsov. He is reliable, quick to always fill my prescription, never cancels our calls, and extremely knowledgeable. Haven’t had any issues that would involve customer service.
This is a terrible service. Yes the doctor if you can find the right one is great. But they billed my insurance with an incorrect tax id number on all of my claims which caused an out of network payment in which they’ve billed my card of course for multiple appointments. I’ve now been trying to get this corrected for MONTHS now with the billers. They’ve refused to call my insurance or myself to I can explain what’s going on. Their billing team does not know what they’re doing at all. I’ve explained that my claims need to be sent in as a corrected claim with the correct tax id for circle medical to which they refused to listen and just sent in a new claim which deny through my insurance as a duplicate. Today I finally got an answer back and basically was told to take a refund for one of the dates of service that got corrected and leave them alone. They owe me hundreds of dollars. Beware.
signed up for an appointment but couldn't even get logged in. never received a text or email confirmation to finish my sign up, can't even cancel my appointment now. and there's no customer service whatsoever that can help. this is so incredibly frustrating, save yourself the hassle and don't even bother with this
The doctor that was seeing me double billed me for my first appointment (which is illegal) then when she refused to help me anymore and decide to push me off to another doctor there, she also refused to write me anymore medication which I was out and had I not immediately made an appointment with someone else, I would have to endure medication withdrawal. They do not care about you!!
I will preface this by saying that I loved the provider I worked with through Circle Medical, but the patient coordinator team is terrible. There’s a complete lack of communication and customer service. When you’re dealing with people’s healthcare this type of management is inexcusable. I’ve attached screenshots to show how unresponsive they are. It’s now been over two weeks since I’ve received any response. This may be a good program if you’re looking for a diagnosis, but if you’re looking for continuing care I’d suggest avoiding and looking elsewhere.
Terrible customer service and provider patient care. Steer clear.
SCAM!!!!! PLEASE READ IF HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY CIRCLE MEDICAL FOR JOB OFFERING!!! I was hired by this so called company on October 20th of this year and worked for 4 days remotely as a "patient coordinator" then was fired on the 4th day due "internet issues" and was basically told I was too stupid for the job which was literally replying to patients through support chat?? Once I was fired all of my logins including login for my payment app to clock-in and out was deactivated immediately so needless to say I was scammed by a job that hires people to work for free unknowingly. I have submitted a complaint to the IRS with all of circle medicals information including their EMPLOYMENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER as I was scammed out of personal information such as social security. Also I want to add I filed a complaint with cms.gov over the fact these people are breaking HIPAA rules and sharing other patients visit summary without knowing they are sending it to the wrong patient. They are also prescribing adderall a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE without any prior documentation or controlled substance agreement on file witch is literally illegal. Be cautious when dealing with this company or please seek employment/care elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
