I will never go back there! In June of 202, the hygienist Nicole hurt my gums on purpose with a probe because I had previously critiqued her sub par cleaning. Using a probe to check the pockets on my gums she pushed so hard that my gums were sore for two hours afterwards. To make it worse when I mentioned the incident to Dr. Jackson she attributed Nicole's actions to her having been on a vacation...or something. Don't make Nicole mad. She will hurt you..

Eveyone there has been very kind and respectful. I one of the challenging patients do to my fears. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. I highly recommend that Edgewood dental office.

I am very impressed with the the service, care and treatment I received today. From reception to hygienist to Dr. Mike, the compassion and professionalism were top notch.

Called late Thursday afternoon needing to see a dentist before the weekend. Was given an 8AM walk-in on Friday morning and came in a filled out the paperwork and was called in by 8:10AM. Sadly that really loose tooth needed to come out and the root tip next to it. The procedure went without a hitch and both tooth and root tip came out easily. I gave them five stars as the procedure to see a dentist went very easy, from the person on the phone, to check-in, to dental assistant to the dental extraction and finally to making a reservation for another appointment for a thorough dental exam. As my regular dentist in ABQ retired, will be making First Choice Dental as my new dentist office.
