This place is total trash I went in to try and get checked for diabetes and instead they bring in some chick from dental to attempt to drum up business bc they don’t have any and she started mocking my teeth and appearance for no reason

I have a history of UTI's with one leading me to the hospital with sepsis, so I am very cognizant of this. At my appt. (which I had to wait 3 weeks for) I asked my Dr for a UTI test. Tech told me it takes a day or two. Well I called on day two (Friday) and no results. (At urgent care it takes less than an hour). The MA told me they would mail me the results and to go to urgent care or the ER. WTF? Are they going to wait until I die to let me know I have a UTI? Currently 4 doctors and they are understaffed. Soon to be two doctors. My advice: RUN! Find anywhere else you can. These people care not about your health.

I, EXTREMELY disappointed in this practice. I went for an annual physical in Nov of 2021. The doctor ordered blood tests to update my medications. I never received any information on the results of my blood tests. Just this year I received a bill from the lab saying I owed over $150 for these tests. I requested a copy of my tests from the lab and found I was tested for many things I didn't know I was being tested for and they were not covered by my insurance. I did not agree to these tests and again was never informed of the results. Even though I have the results now I have no idea what they mean and they are over a year old so probably don't mean anything now. I will never go back to this facility and would not recommend it to anyone. I only gave this one star because I was unable to mark NO stars.

It's all about money for Briones and her staff. I called with Covid and got NO HELP unless I scheduled an appointment. Just like an auto service center. Very sad. I'm looking elsewhere, and I'm certain they could care less.

I'm very uncomfortable in the dental office, these people went out of their way to make me comfortable. Very nice people, very clean facility, unbeatable rates. Everyone from the ladies in the outer office, to the doctor and assistants were just great. Honestly, I was shocked at the 3.5 star rating! 5 star treatment deserves 5 star reviews! If you gave anxiety about dentists, try this awesome place! You won't be sorry.

Drs and all staff are wonderful. A very laid back atmosphere.

I've been going here a long time and I've always gotten the healthcare and dental work that I so sorely need within a reasonable distance of my house. I just had some dental work done that wasn't painful, done professionally and with zero agony to myself. After an incident a few years ago(at another dental practice), I have a very strong aversion to getting dental work done so I now have a mild phobia of going to the dentist, so people who can do that kind of work properly puts my mind at ease. Recently First Choice moved into a new building, and that decision was definitely for the better. First Choice is imho completely equipped to handle anything short of outright emergency situations. I highly recommend them for all your healthcare needs.

So unprofessional! The MAs on their phone in front of patients "pinning ideas" what one of them told another one. So I looked the girls name upon Pintrest, yup time stamped for proof. Looks like my grandmother will go ekse where!!!!

Arrogant and woefully inexperienced doctor wouldn't even test my father for Lyme--"Did you get the bulls-eye rash?" she asked, condescendingly. "No," he told her. She laughed off my father's suspicions of him having Lyme. He went to see a Lyme literate doctor and found out he did have it. "Fifty percent of the time there's not even a rash," the doctor informed my father. Don't kid yourself: Lyme is in Edgewood, New Mexico. If you are experiencing joint stiffness, tinnitus, OCD, hair loss--or a host of other unpleasant symptoms. Please do the research yourself and seek out a Lyme literate doctor. These clinics in Edgewood and Moriarty understand nothing about the disease, which is shameful. Please change your name name to "Last Choice Community Healthcare." Your name is a joke.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Doctor seemed very inexperienced and I was just dismissed basically with my symptoms. They did not do blood work or offer any medications. Very disappointed and a total waste of time.
