List of Aspen Medical Center Urgent Care's Reviews
I took my daughter in for a sports physical ($75). Scheduling was easy as it was walk-in. Alejandra, front desk, was very nice and professional. Alicia who worked up my daughter's vitals etc. Was very rude when asked to get accurate weight and height. Alicia never introduced herself nor did she explain anything that was being done. Alicia got upset when my daughter(11yrs old) didn't understand her because she was talking to fast. When concerns were brought up to the nurse practioner Jennifer she yelled as she threw her hands up and said she hates when patients complain about her coworkers. All in all the medical documents included were inaccurate information by assistant and nurse practioner and they refused to correct it. A concern was made to manager Joana at Santa Fe office. The nurse practioner Jennifer Martinez and assistant Alicia were very rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this provider.
Long wait but worth it. My son got what he needed to feel better after a month of being ill and I couldn't be more grateful.
Very friendly staff. Would recommend to everybody. In and out fast with the reservation thing they have on there web site
ASPEN was great the Doctor took care of my childs needs I give them excellent rating. My child was happy and their employees were friendly and professional.
Staff were pleasant and profession. I was in/out within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.
We walked in and these 2 girls were talking about their personal lives. They literally didn't take anything seriously. I had to get their attention. They didn't care we had an infant. Im sure in training a basic greeting was taught, but today their personal conversation mattered more than our daughter. As i write this they're literally still laughing and joking like middle school girls gossiping at lunch. I haven't been this angry in a while. Its totally disrespectful considering we are paying for this awful service. Moreover, the 1 parent policy is disgusting. Why split families up? Honestly if i knew this i would have gone ANYWHERE else. I cannot believe how subpar this place is. Im so disappointed in this establishment. They're carrying on and on about "long nick" and how tiny some guy named peter is. These girls aren't working at all. There literally just bagging on small and short people. Im in the lobby and CANNOT wait to leave this place. Go somewhere else. This place is rude and extremely extremely unpleasant to be in.
My visit to Aspen Urgent Care was great..
Very good care and we were in and out
$100. Copay - ridiculous- I should get on welfare and get everything free!
Made appointment because suddenly couldn't walk. Said I had back spasm. Instead I had spinal meningitis that went septic and am now paralyzed. Misdiagnosis cost me additional time before being treated properly. Simple blood test would have helped with diagnosis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
