Jessica with Ultrasound was fantastic! I went in very nervous and worried, Jessica was kind and compassionate while performing my Ultrasound. Her calm demeanor was just what I needed. She explained what she was going to be doing and what I may hear/feel prior to beginning. She truly knew how to connect with me as a patient and not just get in and out in a rush. Thank you Jessica

Angelina stevens occupational therapy at outpatient pediatric rehab did a very good job with my son. She was very patient & kind & was able to keep his attention on various learning activities.

I received great care. Fidel and Tracy was on it. Tracy knew I had issues and she handled it 100%.

I was in the day surgery. All the nurses and Dr's were very caring and helpful. Nikki was great at taking care of me.

My baby an earache the staff there were quick and so careful with his ear. I'd absolutely recommend urgent care.

I had a neck fusion done at the San Juan. After my operation I was taken to a room on the third floor. My nurses were very un attentive, the leg massager that was used to help prevent blood clots quit working , when finally get the attention of the nurse after telling her three time, I was told that’s just what you get around here sometimes. She never fixed it or tried to replace it. Then the IV machine was dying and I called the nurse once and my wife told her it wouldn’t quit beeping twice at nurses station after approximately 30 min she came and said oh this is what is beeping, she heard it from nurses station and did nothingfor 30 min. I had a horrible headache probably from the Anastasia. I was told that I wasn’t allowed to have an aspirin because my Drs orders and could not have any pain medicine unless my pain was at a 5-6 on pain chart, if you have had any type of major surgery you know you should have pain meds at least every four hours. I was denied any kind of pain medicine from approximately 3pm to 11 pm and the only reason they gave it to me is because I was going to leave the hospital due to my treatment by the nursing and Dr staff. When I told them I was leaving they threatened me and said the insurance would not pay if I left. Also I was left in my dirty sheets from surgery. I have had multiple major surgeries and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Still waiting to see how they’ll make it right.

From the time I got to the ER with a heart attack everybody worked at full speed to get me to the Cath-lab and put stints in my blocked artery and when I got to my room, the nurses and staff that took care of me did an excellent job. Thank you all!

Everyone was so compassionate, kind and helpful. I appreciate all that was done for me.

Another good job

The staff were very helpful, even walking me to my appt. location. All staff were friendly, accomadating and kind. Yes this was a good experience even though the stress test was stressful.
