Sent me home after having my first seizure and a brain bleed. Went home and had another. Between SJRMC and unm I spent a week in the hospital with a whole list of problems that could have been fixed with the first visit. Do not see this dr.
The best ER doctor I've ever met! He treated my 4 year old kindly and playful...made her feel comfortable aside of her high fever...she loved him...she wants Dr Brett to me her doctor! His diagnosis acuérdate and he talked to us about the exams he wanted to perform and why and if we agreed! The best experience in the Er
Amazing Doctor!! We took my daughter age 4 and he was so nice and very respectful!! my daughter liked him a lot she want him to be her primary doctor
Dr. Brett was an amazing dr! He helped my girlfriend through some serious panic and was the nicest Dr either of us have had in the ER.
I liked Dr. Ziercher. He had a good bedside manner, answered my questions, and was very thorough on running tests. He put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. The ER is a busy, stressful place, I didn't see him for periods of time but he was attentive while present and checked on me several times.
The ER seems like a well run place, however I found this doctor to be hurried and not listening to what I was trying to communicate about my child's health. We received less than 5 minutes of time and were discharged in a wary state. Nonetheless, we had to return to the hospital to be re-evaluated and were admitted to the hospital. I found the experience to be horrifying and will not see this doctor again.
I do not like this doctors arrogance or his explanation as to what he is doing and why. Because of this doctor, we had a very poor experience.
My husband brought my 7 year old daughter to the ER this evening. Dr. Ziercher was the docter on duty. He was very rude to my husband, and to my daughter who was not only in pain but frightened. He was very short in explanation of the diagnosis. He gave them a prescription to be filled knowing that all of the pharmacies were closed at the time. My husband then drove around town with a sick child from store to store trying to get the medicne that would help her. I called the ER when I recived this news to find out that they had the meds he prescribed there and I could come back and pick them up. I can understand a job in the ER is most likely stressful and you don't get to see the greatest of people all the time, but that is no reason to judge and discriminate against someone you know nothing about. This made my daughter more afraid and uncomfortable of hospitials and doctors. I am very dissappointed in his un profesionalisim.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
