I went to Dr Clark last year complaining how bug bites were giving itching sores, i was given allergy testing, well Dr Clark NEVER did my follow up, if so then he might have told me that they do not deal with any kind of bug venom there, but since i never talked to the Doctor after testing, i was not informed that the shots they were giving me, and i told everyone i was so happy that i would not be getting any more itching sores, but the shots they were billing my insurance for were for trees and shrubs items i take care of with a over the counter medication , so when i got 10 bites on my face and arms and was itching like crazy, i went to Dr Clarks office and a nurse or assistant informed me that they do not deal with bug bites, but since the doctor never did his follow up they could bill me every for an un-necessary treatment while not helping me at all, good hustle dr clark, keep them in the dark and have deniablity, and i still get the sores

First and last time I will ever go there. Staff unfriendly, everyone unhappy or indifferent, kept me waiting over an hour without any explanation in an office that was not crowded. Doctor himself unfriendly and acted like he didn't care about the patient in any way. Bad feelings all around.

Dr Clarke is great, if this establishment was all him, I would give 5 stars. 4 stars is the people ya gotta talk to on the phone, they are rude. The coding for insurance is horrible, a payment that could have been made by insurance becomes unpayable, because of inaccurate coding. This turns in to a drawn out game of PAY US NOW! In my opinion everyone should represent the establishment not just the Dr.

I was extremely happy with my care from Dr. Clarke however the office staff is horrible! They act like you are intruding on their personal time and are very rude to you! Anytime I've needed labs drawn I've always had to call the office numerous time to get the orders sent to the lab. The office staff also act like they have no idea what is going on with your care, I have actually received calls asking if I have had a procedure done yet that their doctor is doing!!

Best ENT my kids have ever seen. He is so knowledgable and thorough, as well as extremely kind. We no longer live in Farmington, but I wish we could find a dr with his expertise & level of care.
