I liked Dr. Sandu very much, he was very informative about my condition. He wanted an ultra sound done. I originally saw him on Feb 9, 2020. As of today, April 21, 2020, I have not heard back from his office. I have called and repeatedly spoken to office staff. I have been told "your insurance hasn't approved it yet", "Mariah is out of the office today", "your insurance still has not approved it". WTH!! I have called my insurance a dozen times and have been informed over and over again that they have never received a request for the ultra sound!! I have never had a problem with my insurance approving any procedures. Called again and was told "Mariah is out of the office". Is Maria the only one that handles insurance? I know this is trying times with Covid-19, but the original appointment was February 9, and I was told the ultra sound should be scheduled within 2 weeks. I guess it is time for a different referral and perhaps for Dr. Sandu to followup on his office staff.

Dr. Sandhu did a great job caring for my wife during her recent heart attack. He performed a cardiac cath through her wrist and placed a stent in her heart.She did great and is still doing great.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top cardiologist!!
