Very disappointing to see the quality of care spiral down. Numerous leaves of absence, and while coverage was arranged this left for huge gaps in referrals, follow up and patient advocation. Appointments generally ran on time but the time spent during the appointment still felt rushed/ disinterested. Lots of issues worsened with a “wait and see” approach.

Dr. Sherwin is wonderful. She’s been my family doctor for about four years (both in person and virtual) and has provided excellent medical care while being consistently compassionate and kind throughout. I definitely recommend her!

Dr. Sherwin provides little care for her patients, is not proactive or timely with her communication and is rude and rushed with her consultations. I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Sherwin as a family doctor for anyone.

Honestly, when I started with her I thought she cared but as I had anything come up that needed care and attention to detail she was not helpful, very absent- minded and always made errors on the referrals I needed which made me second guess how much she actually listened and read/paid attention to detail. Magenta Health is an awful place where the doctors staff are inaccessible, no phone # to reach. live person. They've tried to become "modern" but with that there are huge drawbacks in patient care.

I was referred by my sister, and I am so glad she did. One of the kindest most helpful doctors there is. I saw her in person, and she was just as lovely in person as she was on the phone. Did not feel rushed at all, and was very sympathetic and knowledgeable on my issues.
