I have witnessed my mother go thru the worst. She kept coming to San Juan Regional Hospital telling the providers something was wrong. She had Dr. Jenny Hargrove as her Emergency visit provider. To go somewhere where you should receive help and have confidence in providers this is not the place and definitely not the provider patient care anyone should have. She treated my mother as an addict and told her that her life is useless and she shouldn't complain about being in pain and no sleep because she is an emergency room doctor. I cannot believe this lady even has her license. She dismissed her and didn't care if a patient died. My mother ended up at UNM Hospital for 7 weeks inpatient and 5 months feeding tube. All because Dr.Hargrove would not listen and just dismissed her. Please patients go elsewhere besides this Hospital and stay away from this provider and if you truly know something is wrong and being told differently, save your life and go elsewhere right away!
