During litigation over my job I was evaluated by this clinician. The local social security office refused me the record of this eval. The determination letter stated I was fit to work in my profession. Four years later, in a different state I was able to simply ask for the record and get it. When I read Koewler’s report I was devastated and went to another psychologist who was baffled by Koewler’s diagnosis. Koewler refuses to discuss it with me and insists that I hire a therapist to do that for me. But the therapists here say “we all know each other” He is dishonest, lazy and in this isolated area, a danger to clients with no access to legitimate legal or medical services.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Koewler's for over 10 years. I can't say enough good things about how he has taken care of me. I have severe trauma history and have made a lot of progress.

Not a great call. Tried to get my daughter an appointment but unwilling to work with me because she is an adult. If there are mental health issues why is it so hard to work with a parent wanting to help her child. Not much of a help to someone looking to help her child. Found someone else who is willing to do what it takes to help someone.

Yes, I would highly recommend Dr. Koewler to friends and family, and I have already done so on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. Dr. Koewler is vastly experienced (30 years) in the treatment of trauma and PTSD and is very well equipped and motivated to help in these matters as well as many others, I am sure. Dr. Koewler is quite expert in EMDR, which I have learned by experience and study, is the best treatment for PTSD.
