My name is Brian I seen Dr Jones for the first time he is one of the best ,caring ,and professional Drs I had ever seen he talk to me and listen to me and help me out so much ,if you are looking for a very good Dr please see him.I been to alot of Drs and never had anyone like him thank God I found him I feel so safe with him .Thank you so much Dr Jones for your help

Dr. Jones is absolutely the best: kind, caring, professional. He saved me from awful pain.

Dr Jones went over my MRI and explained what happened to my back. He was very through and went over the options to minimize future issues. His staff was very professional and efficient.

I’ve experienced severe pain for many years where I couldn’t walk or even while in bed, couldn’t move without pain. I was referred to Dr. Jones and discussed my options.... This Doctor is engaged, concerned and empathetic to his patients needs... I’m not, nor will ever be pain free but I’m thankful I have a doctor that I have confidence in and is available in a timely manor.

I would like to urge anyone considering this doctor to seek treatment elsewhere. I went there after being diagnosed with a serious cervical spine injury and was prescribed ibuprofen and gabapentin. This treatment didn't work but when i told Dr. Jones this he did nothing. I got better care at the emergency room.

Dr. Jones has to be one of the worst Doctor experiences I have ever had. spent less than 10 minutes with me on my 1st visit then asked me if I wanted an injection. When I told him I wanted think about it, he said he would just end me to another provider for therapy and medications. The clinic then canceled my appt 3 different times, which is super inconvenient when you take time off for work. I will never step foot in that clinic again

Excellent doctor! Very caring, very much invested in helping his patients. Perfect bedside manner. He explains everything thoroughly and spends plenty of time making sure you understand whatever is involved in your treatment plan. He did a radio frequency lesioning session on me and it couldn't have gone better, and he couldn't have treated me any better. Helped me a lot! I wish I'd found him sooner. I hope he sticks around for a very long time.

Wow. worst experience ever with a doctor. They lost my referral 3 times and when finally scheduled they had to reschedule 2 different times(once the same day after I had taken off of work already). The doctor seemed hurried and uninterested. When they wanted me to make follow up they suggested I see the nurse practioner, why?

I did not have a good experience with this doctor. My problem is not helped by having procedures or injections; I've tried many other options. This doctor didn't really seem to have normal empathy in dealing with a patient who suffers pain daily. He seemed to be judgmental about the use of pain medications, and since they do work for some issues and some people can actually use them and not be addicts, I found that to be a less-than-helpful attitude given his "specialty". I believe i even caught a sneer on his face when reviewing the medications I was taking. Since he clearly lacked any real concern for my health issues and had no helpful advice to offer, I would not consider going to him again. If you have pain that responds well to the various procedures clinics like this one offer, he may be more helpful to you. We are all different, I just don't like feeling judged.
