All the staff were VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! I was able to receive a new patient appointment with in days. Medical assistant was informative & verified my medical history. Dr. Imam was WONDERFUL... he reviewed my medical records prior to my appointment & verbally recited my health records from several years back to current... he was not reading from a chart nor the laptop... he literally had taken the time prior to throughly review my case. My husband & I were VERY IMPRESSED & APPRECIATIVE!!! He offered medical options, genuine interest/concern and was easy to speak with. So blessed to have found this facility... I reside in Bayfield/Durango Co. ... but worth the drive to Farmington NM. The new facility is spacious & very clean. This group has several physicians, treatment center & a pharmacy. Having additional providers is beneficial as they can share treatment case results. If they ever consider opening a clinic in Durango (area) Co. they will give patients a GREAT OPTION.
