Nope I had my baby at MMC I called to make my newborns 2 week checkup and the lady who picked up the phone was very rude , at that moment she had told me I was interrupting and talking over her when I was just trying to ask a question ,but seemed she wasn't in a good mood ,so I just go somewhere else now due to the fact I will not be going anywhere where they are just rude ,if I can rate I'll definitely put -0

Horrible custom service I tried leaving a message for my doctor and the receptionist told me that the office was closed but they don’t close till 12 so she told me five minutes in advance that the office was closed so I couldn’t get my message to my doctor which he told me to call on Wednesday.

Very good place to go with kids too 🙂 My kids were patients there and It was awesome, thank you for your service, we would love to continue going but we moved out of state

I really like it here, front staff is nice and the residents and doctor are nice. They took their time with my brother on his visit and this time with me same thing they asked all that needed to be asked questions for the reason for my visit. Very nice and polite. The wait was not long either. I was really pleased with my visit and for my brothers.

If you're a Veteran do not go near this clinic. The medical staff don't listen or or act on the patients health concerns especially when it comes to routine lab tests required to monitor serious health conditions like a spa. Specific Renal function tests, thyroid test, not even a UA. One of the supervisors stated the clinic had to be cost effective. Malpractice comes immediately to mind.

Estoy muy molesta!!! Nos hisieron cita alas 11:30 y luego no la cambiaron ala1:40 y llegamos ala clínica y nos dijeron la clínica está cerrada hasta mañana nos mintieron en todo mi esposo y yo perdimos nuestras citas en otro lado por venir atendernos este día se perdió enserio que mal servicio de las resepcionistas valen para pura fregada

Very unprofessional, was late to the appointment set up and when I answered they did not have time to see me. The whole time the receptionist talked over me while I was voicing my concerns. Very unprofessional as I told her. I wouldn’t suggest going here since Dr. Irene Lazarus left.
