List of Memorial Medical Center Emergency Room's Reviews
Worst place to come to ... Never will come to this place again. I brought my mom here since 10 am they took her an ekg, blood work, x-rays and they had us waiting for almost 14hrs telling us they are no rooms been waiting in the waiting room for results and they're still not in yet.. I don't recommend this place at all.
Very professional and very nice staff, my visit was quick and not rushed. I definitely recommend coming here for an emergency room visit.
I was just treated at Memorial ER. The wait time was not bad and all staff I encountered were polite and caring. I was treated for a skin abscess by Dr. Folkerson, who is simply awesome! Very calm, reassuring and obviously competent. I do not remember the name of the Triage RN, but she, too, was very caring and competent. Also, both have a great sense of humor, considering a relatively busy ER.
Prescriptions are not covered by my insurance, spoke to 3 different individuals at memorial to see if the medications could be changed to something generic so it could be covered by insurance or at least cheaper and they refused so it looks like I'll have bronchitis for weeks, totally not recommend just go to 3 crosses since moutain view is trash too.
I was really scared to go in because I have had past bad experiences at other hospitals but everyone working was so nice. From the front desk till seeing the doctor was great. And there was no long wait either. I was in and out and I felt a lot better leaving. My nurse Kelsey was super nice and professional.
I checked on website said 5 minute wait and it was correct. Before I ended up at this ER I previously talked to one NP, I went to two appointments at Ben archer and they gave me medication and advice which didn’t help. I go to memorial and was treated by great nurses or medical assistants and everyone from registration were so nice and I was treated by Annette Golucke, NP and she was awesome. She ordered me a shot changed my medication and didn’t let me leave until she saw I was better. I got WAY better results and treatment at the ER than at a scheduled Dr visit. My fault for waiting so long that I needed the ER but they didn’t disappoint. So thankful for medical staff in Las Cruces that knows and cares about fixing you. Very hard to find here. Thank you ER staff at Memorial. I will definitely have a much need good night sleep tonight.
Admitted quickly and given great care. Staff were kind, caring and helpful. I appreciated the doctor letting me take a look at my x-rays and giving me thorough explanations. Best ER visit to date 😆👌
I went early in the MORNING and there's no wait time straight in to see doctor.
no wait, very quick service. good quality, comprehensive ER care. thanks!
My husband has CHF and embolism on his lung and kidney and this hospital didn't even find those things wrong with him mountain view regional found those things wrong with him this hospital went as far as discharging my husband out of the ER because they couldn't see a reason to keep him. Chest pain shortness of breath and they wouldn't even treat him what kind of hospital does that

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
