Dar was my technician for my manometer. She was soooo nice and very good at what she does. Put me,at ease!! Very patient as well!

The hospital itself is good but has the Worst parking ever.

This hospital has always taken good care of me. The staff has always been caring.

This is the older hospital in Las Cruces. Mountain View is the newer one. I originally went to Mountain View, and was turned away at emergency room, because they said they did not have a MRI machine in the ER!!!! So off i went to Memorial and it was obvious that the staff here is friendly and eager to help. It seems the staff at Mountain View were there because they wanted a nice new working environment, and the ones at Memorial were there because they were more concerned about helping people! The ER staff was amazing and saved my life after having a heart attack. Rest assured this ilder hospital has all the latest and greatest equipment that you could ever need. Once I was stable and sent upstairs, I was in a private room with an incredible view of Las Cruces and the helicopter landing site. It was comfortable and clean and very quiet. The food was very good for hospital food, and there was always a different meal every day. I was there for 5 days and never encountered a staff member that was rushing or not explaining everything they were doing to me. After 3 days my phone was about to die, and a nurse went and bought me a phone charger!!!!! The imaging wing was very well equipped and the cardiac unit had some of the nicest people in there. All in all, this is were you want to go if you have a life threatening emergency.

We had our daughter there on October 12th, the nursing staff couldn't have been more kind, and the doctors were all very professional, the medical records department had some trouble getting our daughter's birth certificate but it wasn't their fault, it turns out. They were actually very helpful in helping me get a temporary placeholder document. Dads, protip: before you go in, bring a sleeping mat or air mattress if you can. TRUST me you dont wanna sleep on the super noisy couch cot of pain.... On God, worst bed I've ever slept on and I was on it for 4 nights .

The lab is full of angry ppl who demand and order ppl around with out any respect. Especially Margie and Theresa. Margie called my employer to tell them I was rude after I let her know i was going to complain and write this review. It's unfortunate that ppl like this lady and Theresa get into this field. No Profesionalism or respect. Wretched and angry all of them. She also lied and said we refused to wear masks.

The emergency room is over crowed and be prepared to be seen after 6 hours ! Even thou it’s against the law to wait nomore than 4 hours .

If it wasn’t for William, (RRT,MBA) being so kind hearted and talking me through everything with the methacholine test I would have not went through with it, he made me feel safe and aware of everything! He explained much more than what my own doctor has told me. Thank you William and God Bless you always!!
