Dr Anchondo and Staff profesional and courteous!!

First of all Dr. Anchondo staff is very disorganized. They can't answer questions they pass ur call to everybody else then someone hangs up on you. They let phones ring and no one answers calls. When your in the office on the west side they are to busy eating chips and drinking their drinks talking about their life. there are times I feel sick and call Northeast office no one answers phones, I call Westside office no one answers phones either, I call eastside office and they don't answer either. Does anybody work??? And when you have appt you are there awhile. Then they call you in to wait 1 more hour for dr to come in. To only last with you 3 minutes. No samples are given. Have you run tests that are expensive and don't bother to ask if you have the money. I live off my disability check. I got mortgage to pay.. I wish dr. Anchondo would have some compassion for his patients. Another thing you get tested and your test comes back positive for cystic fibrosis but still insist on treating you for asthma. And I WAS THE ONE TO TELL DR. ANCHONDO TO PLEASE TEST ME FOR CYSTIC FIBROSIS CAUSE OF ALL MY SYMPTOMS I WAS HAVING. come on his the dr. Not me. Tired will look for another pulmonary dr.

The most unprofessional people you will ever deal with. To the point where you can’t deal and move on. Veronica who claimed to be office manger please get an education.

I've been waiting for several days to get my result which they confirm that they have it to speak to the doc which they (nurse) said he will call you soon & nothing still waiting this is my 4 appt which they have cancel...what is wrong with them...come on this is crazy I need to know my results ASAP its nerve racking not knowing I'm not in the mood to be waiting several day for someone to call then nothing this is just so wrong...

Dr Anchondo is an excellent doctor. After the doctor the hospital assigned for my Pulmonory doctor, he is like a breath of fresh air. I was there to see him after Dr. Barahona referred me to see Dr. Anchondo and he made me feel right at home. I saw that he was caring and was there to help me go through this horrible decease. Not only was he a caring doctor , he was also very professional. Dr. Anchondo is a very intelligent man with a lot of experience in his field of work. He made me feel very comfortable. Knowing I’m a professional as well , he treated me as such . I know that pulmonary fibrosis is incurable, but, he gave me hope in which he was going to give it his all to treating me during the process of the decease. Thank you Dr. Anchondo for taking me as your patient. God bless you for caring for us and not putting us seniors on the shelf to die without a fight. May the lord bless you for doctoring us with passion. I had a passion to teach and I see your passion to cure your patients.I respect and love my pain management doctor, my primary doctor and now you. God bless all three of you wonder and extraordinary doctors. Thank God we still have doctors who have compassion and tolerance.

Hideous personal communication. Their PA told me to get a pump. For my lungs.. the pump us nit covered by insurance and cost 169$$ that I didnt have..My medical has cost me so much it's making my entire family suffer with a 80/20 insurance.This place doesnt offer poor people samples..I called crying yesterday because I cant afford equipment that has no use or purpose..piece of junk piece of plastic..Accapel valve.. what a JOKE.But the papers that it came with had ZERO instructions but shows an image of a nebulizer attached to it.I was crying because I BORROWED THAT MONEY..The words I said exactly.. were after the woman argue argued and argued with me.. mine you it was CLERK.. I only heard from the medical today after I called angry..I said my medical is costing me so much I wish I was already dead. Its tearing my family up financially..yes o was crying..They sent police to my home.. which ok I can understand in some manner. Here it is the next day.. no one called I Nebulizer..noone called me.. PATIENTS DONT MATTER THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE WITH REAL WORRIES OR CONCERNS ..WE ARE JUST A DOLLAR SIGN..I HAD TO FIGHT FOR TWO DAY AND HUMILIATE MY FAMILY .. JUST BECAUSE I WANTED A NEBULIZER... THE DIAGRAM WITH PIECE THEY HAD ME ORDER SHOWS CLEARLY AS I WILL ADD PHOTOS THAT ITS FOR USE WITH A NEBULIZER..WHY WOULD YOU ARGUE WITH A PATIENT.. WHY WOULD NO DR CALL ME BACK..They say I have pulmonary fibrosis.. why would I have to go through so much distress just to get a nebulizer ordered?There people at their north east office have ZERO ZERO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY.. JUST A DOLLAR SIGN TO THEM

Dr. Anchondo is an excellent doctor. His attention, persistence, professional expertise, coupled with kindness, sensitivity, encouragement, and insight were a godsend. His tenacity and commitment to improving my health are traits that I appreciated. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Adolfo Anchondo is an excellent pulmonary specialist in.the El Paso area. He provides excellent on-time services He has treated my shortness of breath and my lifestyle has improved. I exercise with bicycle riding and dance therapy (LOL). His staff answers my calls promptly and accommodates My apptmts when I need to reschedule. I love the sweet Westside El Paso office. Staff has increased to provide AWESOME and efficient customer care service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. ANCHONDO! Jorge Hdz
