Poor service and poor communication

The doctor is very compassionate. My bp has been acting up and he was supportive when I went for a work physical. I recommend him because not too many doctors care. All they care about is their money. I would go back their again and again. Been going since he was at the old building

Used this company for a drug testing situation and they are very professional , especially Bianca. She was thorough and her assistance with an issue was greatly appreciated. She was diligent and kept me updated and went the extra mile to make sure the situation worked for our business. Highly recommend.

So peaceful and kind people

Came here for COVID testing. Staff was quick, efficient and kind. Results came quickly and they emailed the results to me quickly so I could show my employer. Great service!

Great service!! I was seen for COVID 19 Antibody testing. It was so quick and simple. You get your test results in a timely manner. The staff was super friendly and kind. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone in need of COVID 19 testing!!

I showed up at 4:11p.m for a DOT exam, and they turned me away - they wanted to close up early. Poor customer service!

The male doctor at this location laughted in my face when I told him I had concerning side effect with my previous medication. Basically looked at me like "what do you want me do about it" Uhhh be a doctor? I asked him about a doctors note for my work and he just points to the front. No communication very rude. Once to the desk there were issue with giving me my notes. At the end hes going to say "well why didn't you just say that?" I did!! I kept trying to but he just points and was interrupting me every time I tried to explain during the visit. But kept saying "well I'm just trying to help you." Yea after about 30 minutes begging for the help. I'm sorry do you guys have better things to do than your job??? Doesnt help that im black and medical professionals don't take black people serious. This doctor will never be a good primary health provider. Who scoffs at you when you have an issue with medication they perscribed? Terrible service from the doctor. Nurses were pleasent and actually listened to my concerns. I'm not sure how they could put up with that man if he treats everyone like he could care less. We are humans you serve. You need us to have this profession so you should appreciate us not scofd in our faces acting like everything is perfect. This is not a repair shop. We are not laptops and phones. doctor Rubio whatever. I do my reserach. The issue i had could have been solved by a medication change but he told me to break the meds in half. Last time I did that I had thoese same symptoms.. Im saying it here because he wouldnt even listen to me thoroughly. The doctors note he wrote for me had the wrong information on it to begin with. This guy is a JOKE . Rubio :well why would you not take the meds Me: just told you i had a bad reaction to.... Rubio: open mouth Rubio: take deep breathes in and out Me: *weezing as im taking deep breathes* Me: so I thought on this day i had this illness so i left work early and.... Rubio: so I'm going to prescribe you this you can pick it up Me: oh well what about a doctors note Rubio: *points to front desk* * walks out* Me *still in room* Rubio: you can leave miss Wow so you just walk out the room. Didnt sound like anything was final until he said i can leave.. I first came to this place. I had so much anxiety about going to a doctor to talk about my original issue and now my secondary issue ....afraid no one would help or take my concerns seriously. No thank you Rubio Sure go to this place because help is limited in this area but be prepared for bull shii and a condescending doctor. Especially if you are a black woman or and woman of color or person with different physical and mental abilities. He will act like the information you know about your meds and your self is pointless. Almost led me to believe if he even knows what the side effects to the things he's perscirbed are. Rubio doesnt care about the side effects you recieve . for all we know he's getting extra dough(money) for perscribing certain meds then once it's out there then he doesnt care. Many people may assume I'm uneducated since all they see is a black person but rubio you are mistaking. You may beable to get one over on other who wont want to cause a sense but i will not be mistreated because you are a man and possibly a doctor. Edit. Changed to one star. Not sure why i even put 2

Dr. Rubio is always very attentive and professional. The wait time is considerably less than anywhere else in town when you are a walk in. The staff there are all excellent. From making appointments to drawing blood. Thanks for always working me in when needed!
