THEY ARE AMAZING ALWAYS GET MY KIDS IN EVEN ON HOLIDAYS FOR AN EMERGENCY ! THERE CARE OF STAFF IS AWESOME!!

My past experiences have been so bad its unbelievable. I had to knock on the window and yell repeatedly to get someone from the back to sign me in. The dont open their doors on time and to date have not sent my meds to the pharmacy. Although the swore they would do so the day of my appointment.

i love love love dr. castrejon he is an excellent doctor but im sorry i have been going there since i was a little girl myself when mother used to bring me and the place has not changed. they still take forever to even call you or see you. today i was very furious with their service. i went in for a referral to another doctor and my appointment was at 3:15pm got there on time, i didnt not leave until 6pm an hour after they close?...why? wait until you hear this because "the printer was not printing right?..." you mean to tell me that the long wait that i have been experiencing for years on end and now that i barely even go as an adult is now because the printer isn't working and wait the same amount of time i did back then i wait the same amount of time today? im sorry i have been coming for years and that has not changed ...i remember my moms statement when i was in school " i shouldve left you in school and waited for you by the time they call you!" and that is true now as it was then...broken printer my ass im sorry but if your going to upgrade maybe you should try by keeping your apts. first and im sure everyone can agree that something needs to be done. i dont see why many make appointments if your not going to even get called until an hour or so later an appointment that shouldve took 5min or less took 3 hours?? and i didnt even leave with my referral i have to pick it up tomorrow...? people have places to be kids to take care of etc the list goes on. im sorry but i love you castrejon but im going to change pcp's. thank you for being a great doctor but until you get your staff and things together im not going back.

I've had a pretty good experience with Dr. Castrejon. I have a series of medical issues we've been trying to get to the bottom of and he really makes me feel like he cares not that I'm just another patient.

I have been waiting for a referral from this office for well over 2 months now. My child needs medical supplies and we need a referral first, I had to physically go to get the referral to take it to the medical supply company. Then it turns out, the referral has missing information. The medical supply company has called them 3 times and they have not responded with the correct revised prescription. My special needs child has been without her needed supplies for over 2 months all because the office staff cannot get it together. I don't understand how this office has incompetent people working there. I experienced the same issue as another patient/reviewer: the fax was not working and could not get some needed paperwork. I waited for over 3 hours until the fax was cleared out of a "jam" and all other fax jobs came through. They have now been merged with Memorial Medical Center, I hope that this hospital's personnel come through and evaluate and revamp their in-capabilities.

Worst doctor and staff I've ever dealt with

Went in for a medical card on Tuesday, was told my heart doctor would be called for a clearance. It is Friday and I am still waiting to hear something on my card or clearance. Very poor service.
