Uncaring and incompetent. Seems completely overwhelmed. Condescending and ill-tempered. Poorly trained and not up to date in evidence-based medicine. Avoid her if you can.

This “doctor,” told me I was being dramatic when I shared with her my concerns of cancer, specifically ovarian. These concerns come my family history. My paternal grandmother died of ovarian cancer at a young age and my mother recently found precancerous cells in her yearly pap. For a medical professional to tell me that my concerns based on family history are “dramatic,” is utterly disgusting. I will obviously be looking for a new primary care doctor, who takes my concerns and family history more seriously.

Dr Toledo is extremely thorough and pays great attention to detail with regards to my diagnosis. She spends time explaining our treatment plan and the goals we have set. She is an excellent doctor.
