Dr. Kerner is a very good dermatologist. Having spent my early years on Floidas west coast, Colorado and New Mexico i have had much done for the past 30 yrs. He by far has been the best Dr. I have been too. Hope he stays in N.M.

Dr Kerner is a true people person. Totally professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough in his examinations. Dr Kerner is someone I would trust with my family. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kerner is outstanding and very professional!!! I loved how he gets right to the point and gets you on your way!!!Only flaw I encountered was the front office was very unprofessional and you could hear all their personal phone calls. Whoever Cindy is did nothing but complain about having to work hard. People nowadays are completely lazy, what happened to customer service, being polite, friendly, and professional in front of the patient's!!!

1st time at the office. I was in and out with in an hour. He answered all of my questions. I have a follow up in December and I’ll see how it goes. I work in a doctors office and have for 15 years. I think he is amazing at what he does. Office was very busy but it didn’t seem to bother him.

Dr. Kerner has never had much of a bedside manner but is competent. An hour in the waiting room, a half hour in the exam room - really! Once he came in he spent 90 seconds on my "exam", then spent the rest of the time pitching the cosmetic side of his business. The one star is for his courteous professional staff. I am no longer a patient.

I went yesterday to see Dr. Kerner. They were quick to get me in for my appointment . The staff is wonderful and Dr. Kerner was kind and very attentive. He wasn't in a rush and he gave me a comprehensive exam. But I've gotta say that his COVID protection for his face made me laugh! Nothing is getting by him!!!!

So far, I have had a very good experience with Dr. Kerner. We had a double appointment for me and my son. The wait was not too bad. Dr. Kerner gave me the most thorough mole check I have ever had, AND I kept remembering things after he had already left the room that I wanted to ask him about. He returned two times after removing two moles to answer my questions. He did not seem stressed for time or irritated. Noting I asked seemed trivial to him. I had a good experience with his staff too. I had a prescription error and Andrea called me back to let me know they were resolving it literally in less than five minutes of hanging up with her. Very happy so far. My experience could not be more opposite than the reviews I just read on here. I would recommend Dr. Kerner. My aunt, who is 92, I found out also goes to him, and she thinks the world of him.
