I was with Dr. Pacheco and she was the worst doctor ever she put me on the valproicacid and I told her that med does not help, because after a month I saw her, It felt like I was living in hell taking that med. It gave me red eyes, I would be excited for something special, but I would suddenly crash out on my bed. It made aggressive with the people around me, and when I saw Dr. Pacheco I told all this and she still kept me on it and put me on aripiprazole for telling her this. I shouldn't be put on these meds due to past behaviors a long time ago. If you guys are seeing Dr. Pacheco or you're prescriber is retiring DO NOT SEE THAT SORRY EXCUSE OF PRESCRIBER (DR. PACHECO).

They're rude to my parents and I'm so tired they never had pick up the phone. If you don't like your job find another or don't work because your customer service is horrible and I'm gonna see who I can talk to so they can clean house. My parents deserve good service, not some miserable people. LOOK FOR A NEW JOB!!!!

La Clinica De Familia has been a Godsend for my family and I. We were able to start services for my daughter right away and all the staff has been so helpful and professional. Highly recommend considering LCDF for your family Healthcare needs.

Bad Service! Everytime Ive had a telephone appointment they don't call me at the appointment time nor do they answer the phone when I call for my appointment. They turn around and put me on hold for an hour then tell me I missed my appointment this needs to get fixed by cooperate asap I'm not a happy patient right now this is the third time this has happen to me.

I scheduled a medical appointment a month before an was specific to needing a primary doctor. This would be my first time going. Went for my appointment and was told it was scheduled as a dental and I wouldn’t be able to get in for another month. If that’s the service I’m getting before being a patient I’d rather go elsewhere.
