Probably the worst healthcare facility in the state of New Mexico. Nursing staff so disrespectful. If I had to choose between going to their hospital and dying I would rather die at home

People never go here twice. Whether they are unsatisfied with their care or they just die there.

I had a partial knee replacement 3 months ago and can't give enough kudos to Dr. Schwartz from Memorial Bone and Joint, his team, and Every Single Person at Memorial Medical Center from check in to check out. Special thanks to all the great folks on the 5th floor! Thanks for taking such good care of me!

I love this place!

I went to the ER for what could potentially be a serious issue. They tested me and of course found nothing. Even though I’m in excruciating pain 24:7 for these last 2 weeks. The RN told me “were sending you home because look young and healthy enough.” And then they said I tested positive for Covid and offered to get me a taxi back to my place. However the taxi denied me because I’m Covid +. So then he said to buy an Uber and not to tell the driver I have Covid because it was “my only option .”When I kept telling the RN my concerns… it literally went in one ear and out the other. And when I kept asking questions that he was ignoring he said “ I don’t care to answer that because I’m only here for 7 more days.”They are also not LGBTQ friendly at all and I was treated like absolute garbage. I felt so inhuman because of how I was treated. They treat their patients like farm animals… not humans!So I was forced to run 2 miles in the freezing cold to make it home.People don’t go to this hospital for treatment… They just come here to die. Thanks :)

WORST HOSPITAL MY DAUGHTER CAME W LEG PAIN ND SHES HERE FOR HOURS W NO COURTESY QUESTIONS LIKE U K NEED ANYTHING I ASKED FOR A BLANKET ND A PILLOW AT ER FRONT DESK ND THE MAN SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY I TOLD MY DAUGHTER TO GO TO EL PASO BUT SHES IN TO MUCH PAIN THAT SHES HERE SHE GROWN ND MAKES HER OWN DESICIONS BELIEVE ME I WILL NEVER BRING NONE OF MY KIDS HERE NOT EVEN IF IM DYING VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Went to the ER and the Triage room they put us in was filthy. There was an open package (used) of a "OTO-Rhino Foreign Body Remover" sitting on the tray. The floors and walls YUK! -wallpaper peeling off and dirt caked on around the baseboards..disgusting! The equipment in the room was old and beat up. How can this be acceptable????

They don't even know the laws with letting friends back to see their loved ones. My friend has NO ONE, and they refused to let me back there to see her. They said she has been sitting in a hall way cause there is no rooms right now. What can I do or know about the law when this happens?? I don't understand. They are letting one person back with a patient but because I'm not family I can't go back ?? She has no one, I am her FAMILY!!! WHAT DO I DO IN THIS CASE ?!??!

I found myself having a medical emergency in the early morning hours of 12/04/2021. I would like to thank every single person involved in my care. Johnathon in admissions; thank you for getting me where I needed to be quickly. Thank you Kim in admissions for all of your assistance and information.Thank you John and Hillary for being amazing RN’s. Chris, EMT- I if I ever need another IV I am seeking you out! Johnathon and Shane in Radiology I appreciate your kindness and care. Savannah in respiratory- thank you for checking in on me frequently as well. Dr. Reiter was fabulous and I’m so grateful that you were there to help me. Thank you Memorial Medical Center for being exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. I’m also grateful for everyone that helped me behind the scenes; the people in the lab that got my test results back quickly and the people in Environmental Services for their hard and most times unrecognized work.

My son was just admitted to there nicu last night really caring nurses I recommend helped me alot more then where I had my son at least that's how I feel
