My son was just admitted to there nicu last night really caring nurses I recommend helped me alot more then where I had my son at least thats how I feel

They will have you wait there for hours when theres less then 5 patients in the lobby Just got to a different hospital or to Hospitals of Providence. Its worth the trip to El Paso then wait for them to even care about you 😒

I came here because I suspected i was pregnant ectopically . I got there they did labs and then I was given an ultrasound waited for 4 hours the doctor told me to return monday. I assume it got busy and there was no one around to read the ultrasound because why would i have to go back? I went back Yesterday Monday and the young girl at the front desk had a horrible attitude and kept saying i would have to wait the 6 hours when the doctor told me to come back and he would see me immediately. i told her that and at one point he was standing three feet behind her and she wouldnt even ask him what the situation was. That was the worst feeling ever of having to talk to a dumb little girl and not knowing if your unborn child is even alive at this point. THIS ER IS AWFUL AND THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK ARE RUDE IDIOTS Go somewhere else

My Brother recently survived a very serious case of the West Nile Virus. He would not respond for days. With no known remedy for this virus Doctors and Nurses continued working around the clock to do everything possible to keep him breathing and fed and medicated from other dangerous conditions. I know because I was there everyday and speaking with on duty Doctors and Nurses. My Brother is home now walking slowly and recovering. Every Doctor and every Nurse who worked to keep my Brother alive should receive a letter of commendation Here are just the ones I personally know of but the rest of the medical staff on his case should be added. I was visiting Mom who is blind 96 year old she had all the lunch food still on her tray. She had not been fed. A girl came in during my 15 min visit and poked her for blood sugar reading twice cause her equipment didn’t work. 5 min two more came in to poke her again. I told them I had seen enough and left. No communication with their care givers. I would not take another helpless person there. No Mercy at this place. I will be visiting administration soon.

Ive been here for for 6 hours the lobby is dirty as a locker room there are elderly crying for water ive 😢 brought it to the staff an nothing is being done for the thirsty ..... they say she cant have anything due a test needing to be done but I find it so inhumane for the staff not ignore the older lady who does not even speak English.... as for myself Ive been hear since 1130 am its now 530 IHave not eaten at all and have not been advised at all as to what is going on with me ....... COVID??????????

Failed to treat me properly for blunt Force head trauma from a military assault covered up child abuse libeled victims in retaliation for reporting and forced me to wear scrubs stamped Property of Memorial Medical Center to a family court competency hearing and lied about Medical Malpractice and lied about me. Also run New Mexico State University Nursing program that harrassed me until I withdrew and joked about not giving NARCAN naloxone causing brain damage and Tennessee Schumacher pulled my hair from her wheelchair.

They had my girl waiting in the lobby for 9 hours and thats too much she could have been home doing laundry or the dishes ... jk

Bad bad. Went today for pre Op. Surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 10. Mmc. Called and THEY canceled at 4 Due to insurance issues. Really procedure already approved. Never never again will I go to them

Horrible people horrible policy. I drove down from Denver to visit my mother only to find that they are only allowing one visitor per day. I understand that New Mexico is handing the pandemic poorly but that is not justification for only allowing one visitor per day.On top of that visiting hours are only from 46pm. I had to drive since there were not any flights that could accommodate that schedule. I wish there were more avenues to complain but they seem to know they are terrible and appear to be avoiding social media. Theres not much of an alternative for care down here its just such a disappointment.
