Mountainview Regional Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

The CARE staff such as the Doctors, nurses, ect are very wonderful! My surgery went very very well and I felt well taken care of, HOWEVER: BE ADVISED ABOUT THE ADMINISTATRION STAFF! I was billed $4000 which I HAD to pay half of upfront the DAY of my procedure despite my insurance telling me it was completely covered. I was not informed of this charge until the night before. I then had to have my insurance call the hospital to get them to refund the 2000 I paid because I SHOULDN'T have been billed that in the first place! Please PLEASE follow up ANY bills you receive with your insurance because im certain im not the only one who has paid for something when it was fully covered!

Everyone was very professional and very friendly.

My overall experience with the procedure was amazing. Nursing staff and doctors were all great, communicated well, and made sure I was comfie. My criticism is with the billing department: As a veteran I have to rely on community care quite often for specialty care. Most have been seamless. This was the first time I have received a bill for a community care appt. While I know this was covered by the VA, to call and get the clinic to fix their mistake, other vets might not know and just pay the bill not wanting to cause a problem. This could have put stress on some vets on fixed incomes. It is imperative that hospital/clinic billing departments get it right. If the VA is paying make sure you don’t send a bill to the Vet.

I go every year to mountain view regional medical center for my mammogram and dexa scan when needed always treated nice.

I moved here from Dallas, Texas where medical facilities are some of the best in the Country. At 72 I've had my share of mammograms and other female imaging. The Imaging Center at Mountain View is truly exceptional. I have never felt more comfortable and the medical personnel are the best. From the minute you walk in the door you are treated with warmth and respect from the all female staff.

They were professional at what they were doing and talking

Quick pleasant experience check in at 3 stations, the 3rd was surgery waiting room and a few minutes later I was called in to preop section and given explicit instructions by pleasant RN, and was visited briefly by others including anesthesiologist, and my pediatric surgeon. A supportive friend was courteously allowed to be with me all the way until I was wheeled in to the operating room for the planned surgery.

Dr. Ezah is an unbelievably great doctor. He takes the time to explain things My knee replacement recovery has been fantastic. He's prompt, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him.

I recently had back surgery and I'd like to say I was very blessed to have had, Dr Mathew Pollard, perform my surgery. I was very pleased with the outcome. My surgery date was on September 9th, 2025, and here it is October 8th, 2025 and I am healing well. I am walking on my own with no miserable pain that I use to have, of course there is pain, but that's due to the surgery. I'm very happy that I chose him and was glad to have had this surgery at Mountain View Hospital. Everyone provide me with tremendous and excellent help towards my recovery. It has made a great impact in my life towards my journey to recovery. Thank you Dr Pollard and thanks also to Mountain View for being a part of all this. And I would definitely would refer anyone who is seeking this type of procedure, to be done at Mountain View and with an excellent surgeon such as Dr Mathew Pollard.
