Had a referral to see Dr. Podila. Making an procedure appointment was easy. I have to really compliment Jax who did the questioning prior to my procedure. She was amazing! Thank you for putting me at ease during a stressful situation. Dr. Podila was thorough and explained things well after the procedure. Thank you for taking care of me.

It's a sweet little park which is a much needed resource for the neighborhood. Walk my dog there every morning and totally love it.

Busy, busy, busy, busy. Love Dr Podila and his professional services ( he was highly recommended) but staff seem over stressed and good luck in getting your phone call answered without having to call 3 or 4 times then put on hold and disconnected several times. Once you get a live person then you get service you need. Left messages with answering service during their noon closure and never got a return call back from the stressed staff for a very important call concerning medications before a procedure next day. This made trying to schedule and trying to get my h needed information very a very stressful process. Dr Podila was very timely and professional so he is the four star experience.

Dr. Podila is great but I wish he would explain more things. The office is terrible at answering calls, returning calls and messages, and there’s always a long wait to be seen when I always see the doctor for 5 minutes.

My wife had an endoscopy in the middle of December. Biopsies were taken and to this day no one from the practice has contacted her to let her know the results and if she needed any antibiotics. Very poor service when it comes to taking care of the patients.
