Ive been seeing Dr Samuel for 8 years. She takes time to listen and provides good care. Sue and Antoinette are always kind and Sue has helped me in the past with getting extensive paperwork completed and sent.

My experience the day of my visit was very good. And guetting the appointment was quick and easy , everything was smooth they took care of me and did all the work that had to be done,everybody is nice, working hard to serve the patient.The nurce how served me was nice and very helpful guetting me all the informations.Even my doctor Roset Samuel a hard working doctor talked to me by phone introducing her self, asking about my health and helping me with some work that had to be done, very satisfied.

I love my Dr Samuel, but I truly hate the wait times. I thought my initial visit wait time of an hour and a half was long, but this last time was ridiculous. I waited almost (5) five hours just to get into a room where an additional 40 minutes of wait before I saw my Dr. I waited all that time and as we were ending our conversation my Doc ran off to catch another patient from leaving who had been waiting almost as long as I. I know we all have rough days but the whole reason we are setting up appointments is to keep a schedule. My husband was late to work that evening. Overall the staff is wonderful and all my issues are getting addressed. I just think doc has too much on her plate at the moment. I don't want to change my Dr again. I really do like Dr Samuel but these wait times will have to improve especially since we are a one car family.

My appointment was mid day and didn’t end up getting a call until 730 at night, right before the pharmacy was going to close. This doctor was terrible and rude.
