The lady with the short hair that works front is rude, unprofessional, incapable of doing simple tasks, unwilling to help patients, and hangs up on you when she knows she's in the wrong. I've never had problems prior until I started dealing with that lady. I had an appointment in the morning and no one answered the door. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever answered. They made me waste hours of work for nothing. This office has potential to be great but because of that lady working the front, they will always be short of a peaceful, friendly, attentive experience.

Had an appointment in the morning. Waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. Took a day off work for the appointment. The lady with short hair that works the front is rude, not helpful, unprofessional, hangs up when you call. The doctor is good but he needs a new person to work the front.

I chose Dr. Burciaga as my PCP upon moving to Las Cruces knowing nothing more than he had one 5 Star review and his location. Was able to get an initial appointment in less than a week. He paid attention to my chronic pain. He immediately came to the conclusion that I needed an . MRI to assess nerve damage. I am very pleased with Dr. Burciaga

Appallingly horrible and rude front office staff. Refused to even call in preauthorizations for medications even after contacting insurance ourselves to get all the steps to make it as easy and seemless as possible for them. "It isn't our job to call in a preauthorization" "the patient decided they didn't want those meds anyway" mind you these are lifesaving meds he has been on for years but and NEVER said he didn't want them in fact he called almost daily just to try to get them for 5 weeks.

Dr. Burciaga is one of the BEST doctors in the community of Las Cruces. I got covid in January because of him I truly feel i didnt get hospitalized. He is on top of everything and always makes sure we are well taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
