I am extremely disappointed with Monica Albidres, NP for many reasons,She lacks compassion and understanding: example- my father came here with sinus/allergy symptoms he was treated and told to come back if he does not feel better.. he returned 2 days later for a visit with Monica who disregarded his concerns of potentially having covid, She proceeded to say no you don’t have a fever or cough. As a healthcare professional you should know that when you are vaccinated you may not show the typical symptoms for Covid. My father asked if he needed antibiotics since in the beginning of the visit she had mentioned a zpack, she ignored my father rolled her eyes and walked out leaving him sitting in the room For 10 min until another healthcare worker passed by and saw my father waiting and said he was free to leave a long time ago. My father went to a different urgent care the next day and tested positive for COVID.My mother who is also a patient there had COVID and was recovering but still concerned with the fact that even after testing negative she is still having a fever and was told to return to rule out pneumonia. She yet again disregarded my mother’s feelings or concerns and said if you had pneumonia you would not be able to talk to me. Mind you she had not even listened to my mother’s lungs at this time, my mom had to ask her to listen. She made my mother feel like her symptoms, worry’s and concerns did not matter.This provider is not empathetic and does not make her patients feel cared for. Overall this practice has great providers such as Dr. Murali, and Dr. Sollars but if you see that you are scheduled with Monica Albidres, NP..run!!

Warning ⚠️ do not go here ! I tried to change my diabetes medication, they said I had to make an appointment. On march 10th I had an appointment and just wanted to change it back to metformin because the glipazide was giving me seizers which he had just changed a week earlier, I waited an hour with an appointment, and finally left !

Doctor Murali is the doctor for my hole family and he is very good doctor he is very responsible and he cares for his patients ,l really recommend this doctor for me is one of the best in las cruces.

Dr Maurali has been our doctors for over 10 years miy children’s grew up under the de care now there grown and still visiting him iam so appreciate with him I wouldn’t trust any one else ! We love you doctor. Ur the best ! Diaz family

I believe Dr Murali is one of the best doctors. The reason I only gave 4 stars is his staff. I can't believe no call back to notify me of my blood work. I called 3days in a row. There reply is they will be calling you back. Finally I was told everything is fine. If I want detail about my results I need to set up an appointment. With the Covid going on, who wants to make an appointment to go back when there's no need to. This is Caroline response as told by her supervisor. WOW

Would not recommend this office to ANYONE. So many times I have called and never get a call back, I have to call over and over again to get a response. Even when I ask to speak to the office manager. I NEVER get a call back from her either. After years of the same treatment this provider will no longer be in use. The staff has poor communication skills and both the Dr and staff are negligent even in emergent cases.

I saw Dr. murali over a year ago for a sore on my tongue. I was referred to my dentist, then to an ENT specialist and everyone assured me it wasn’t cancer. I recently had blood work done and my white cell count was low, did repeated test but was never given a reason for the low white cell count. I went back about the lesion on my tongue, I was referred to another ENT , I asked for a biopsy, and the results are cancer. I have been trying to get a referral from Dr. Murali’s office since Monday, for an oncologist because I have a history of cancer in that same area. Today is Thursday and I still don’t have the referral. Their excuse is, they are short staffed. I can’t help but wonder how quickly they would have gotten their referral if it was one them and they had had cancer before, and had found out that they’ve had cancer again now for over a year!!! I guarantee you they would have expedited that referral as soon as they got their biopsy results.

The staff is horrible! Who knows if dr murali is still any good you can't get in!!!
