I was a little hesitant to have an endoscopy done here because of the bad reviews for the other location, and lack of reviews for this location. But it was great. I really had a good experience here. The place is super professional. Tons of nurses and staff, and the nurses were great. I was extremely nervous to be sedated and the nurses were really supportive and understanding. The scheduling is the best I could find in all of El Paso and Las cruces. The first day that I was experiencing bad esophagus pain and reflux I called over 30 something gastroenterologists and this is the only one that scheduled me the same day. I was placed on a cancelation list for the endoscopy and had it done within a week. I highly recommend this place.

No, I do not recommend Dr. Nattakom. He is a horrible Doctor. He doesn't care about the patient's pain level at all. He just pushes on, with no anesthesia. That's called torture. His license should be revoked. Would give him no stars if that were possible. Avoid him at all costs.

I had a colonoscopy with dr. Nattakom as my physician. The office was immaculate right down to a bin for pens that have been used! They test for COVID a few days before procedures to keep it safe. I had Sue and Alice as nurses and they were wonderful! Office assistants Vanessa and Michelle were extremely nice and patient.

i had tried to get doctor nattakom to call in a perscription and the next day i checked on it and they said it takes up to 72 hours to call in perscription, six days later and three phone calls still have not called in perscription. meanwhile i am in pain and am bleeding waiting still waiting.

Dr. Nattakom seems competent enough but the front office staff is rude, I could never get a pre-procedure estimate of cost. I never got any instruction on treatment and when I wanted a copy of the biopsy report, they wanted $15 more. The Colonoscopy was $3600 and they want $15 more to tell me what they found. I will say the back office scheduler and the procedure assistants were very pleasant. I think that group needs a new office manager.

This doctor abandoned me after removing two tumors from my stomach. The procedure was done in his surgical center when it should have been done in the hospital. I ended up in the hospital as an emergency because he burn too much of my stomach. Was there one week and never bothered to go see me. Should have sued him.

Office staff is rude and unhelpful!!!! Had procedure done month and half ago....still no results. Office staff says he is to busy with other cases to work on report.

Terrible!!! Do not waist your time with this idiot!!!!!!!

He's all about the money.Get you on the table quick, in appx.35 min he's made 8 grand ! He also along with his other doctors own the intire facility these colonoskopies are done. In my opinion, they all are not really interested in anything that takes time or thought, all about the MONEY !!!
