Doc is knowledgeable. Hard to understand with a mask. 1st visit I was overwhelmed with too much new info and terminology .

Always pleasant and courteous. Informs me of all of my health problems good and bad. Gives me my results immediately and by doing this Dr. Jean can make any (if needed) changes to my meds or any test, etc. I need. I was very reluctant to have the test I had which brought me to Dr. Jean. Having said this, I am so glad I have the opportunity to have Dr. Jean and his staff take care of my health. I hope to be able to have Dr. Jean continue with my health care.

Imagine being told you have cancer….now imagine you have 100 questions but can’t think of any while receiving life altering news….now imagine having to get FMLA paperwork for missing work. Now every time you call for questions/follow ups, you get a receptionist that seems to take a message for the doctor or his nurse to call you back , and if you get a call they have no idea what you wanted. The message never got to them. Welcome to my experience with Dr Jean and his office. I wish I could go somewhere else.

It is impossible to get through to scheduling. After three weeks I gave up and had my doctors office try. It took them a while but they got through and after much back-and-forth, now this place wants me to present them with bloodwork regarding a blood condition I have. Aren't they supposed to take blood at a hematologist office? Beyond frustrated and I haven't even walked in the door. Told my primary care but to send me somewhere else. The other reviews here, verified and not verified are scary. I'm gonna tell my primary care doctor he shouldn't be referring anyone here. * In regards to your follow up, you left me ONE messages. I've called you guys several times, leaving a few messages. As far as my primary care doctor, their office has informed me they have given you everything you have asked for. I have told them I want to be referred somewhere else because if I've having this much trouble before I walk into the door of your clinic, I'm not interested. I'm also very concerned about the reviews citing a misdiagnosis. *

Dr Jean always is friendly

Great doctor. He listens to you . He will answer all question. He explains things so you can understand any questions you ask. I have been going to him for year with out any complaints.

Dr. Jean was/is very professional, easy to talk with (he does/did listen to what I had to say), he explained things in a way that was easy to understand, has a great sense of humor, and if he was ever going to be a PCP...I'd choose him for my own PCP.

Dr. Jean accepted and took on my case in the middle of treatment from another Dr. that never communicated with me or informed me of anything throughout my treatment, I refused to deal with any longer. Dr. Jean on the other hand was the totally opposite. Dr Jean is professional, courteous, compassionate, answers any questions or concerns that I had. He always made sure I had a copy of any reports. Dr. Jean was the only Dr. that was straight and honest with me from the start. And told me that the cancer will eventually return. I knew had a 10% chance of making it 6 years. My last visit with my wife, confirmed my cancer had returned after fighting 2 1/2 years. Even thought all the conventional treatment were exhausted, Dr Jean was offering another treatments that some have tried. We asked him if it would get rid of the cancer, He was honest and told her no. We decided to stop everything, I could see the compassion and heartbreak in his eyes, assuring us there is no wrong decision. A+A+A+

I have been a patient of Dr. Jean for several years. He is very kind, very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

Dr. Jean is an excellent doctor. He is very professional, easy to talk with (and he listens to what you have to say), explains things in a way that's easy to understand and has a great sense of humor. If he was ever going to be PCP...I'd choose him as my own.
