My family members have been privileged to be patients of Dr. Bratton's. We each received outstanding care, twice needing immediate attention. Dr. Bratton brings an exceptional technical background, unfailing compassion, many years of experience, and the high esteem of her colleagues. We are full of gratitude.

Dr. Bratton is great. She really helped me with the diagnosis of a tumor that was growing into my optic nerve. Her referral to the neuro ophthalmologist was exactly where I needed to be. She was great about getting me in quickly and was very honest and straightforward in her approach to giving me both good and bad news. She was professional, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable.

Dr. Angela Bratton is the worst doctor and in preparing for a Lawsuit, I called the wrong lawyer to take the case and low and behold told his secretary All THE VERY WRONG AND UNDIAGNOSED TREATMENT AFTER 4 MONTHS. SHE TELLS ME ITS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST NOW HER LAWYER SCOTT V..WHO KNOWS MY INTENTIONS INSTRUCTED HER TO WRITE TO ME CERTIFIED AND COVER HER ASS WITH ALL LIES LIES ABOUT IT ALL ONLY ME THE BROAD ONE TIME ONCE.. EYE ASSOCIATES MAY BE BIG BUT JUST LIKE TRUMP THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW.. BROKE MY FRAMES WRONG PRESCRIPTION TWICE THIS BUSINESS IS THE I STILL NEVER GOT MY GLASSES.. SHE STOOD THERE LIKE THE B SHE IS AND TOLD THEM TO KICK ME OUT..EPITOME OF TRASH. SHE TOLD THE LOUSY TECH THAT IF I WANTED TO SEE HER IT WOULD COST ME... YOUR ON MS. I DON'T DO MY WORK WELL CAUSE I ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

Perhaps the worst office staff of any doctor. They are very difficult to reach by phone, unresponsive to messages, and slow to act once you get to them. Office waiting time can also be very long. The side charges add up to a lot, and most are not covered by insurance. My wife had/is having cataract surgery with them and would never go back after her experience.

Miserable. Downgraded my prescription in spite of my telling her I couldn't see. She claimed my eyes would get used to it. I gave it an honest month and still couldn't see. When I went back to see her about it again she insinuated that I was trying to persuade her to over-prescribe. She never gave a good explanation for wanting to change my prescription, never apologized for a month of fuzzy vision, and never took the time to treat me like I deserved to understand what was going on. Never again.
