I've tried this practice twice. In my experience, the doctors were presumptive, judgmental and DIDN'T LISTEN. I did not get a diagnoses for two conditions that, especially had they LISTENED, could have been (one of them) easily treated, and the other something requiring a neurologist skilled in neurotransmitters. Instead, it was made clear to me, by implication if no other way, that my illness was simply from pain management--that I needed due to no DIAGNOSES and a worsening condition--or something I was doing wrong. Where is the science in that in a town with a legacy in science? In my opinion, if you illness is ordinary, this clinic will likely do, but otherwise...

Probably the worst doctor I have ever been to. Had, and still have many issues with my metabolism and losing weight and her medical advice to me was... To look in the mirror and say, "I accept you". The whole time she was condescending and like I was wasting her time for just even being there. Even getting blood work is a chore with this doctor. Do you and your family a favor and pick a different primary. Urgent care takes better care of you than this doctor will.

When Dr Carr was in Denison Texas she was my Doctor and I miss her. She was understanding and treated you human and not just a number. You are missed.

Dr. Carr let's her home life emotions interfere with ability to treat her clients. Cancelling appointments then refusing to refill prescriptions that had expired. I rated her one star because the website would not let me give her zero.

At my appointment with Dr. Carr she discovered an abnormal mass. I had an ultrasound and found out it was a tumor. I was asked to call the office to discuss the next steps and found out she had gone on vacation for two weeks without letting me know the results! I called and scheduled an appointment with my previous physician and he got me in right away, gave me a referral for a specialist and I had the tumor removed before Dr. Carr returned from her vacation. You would think something so serious would be discussed with the patient before going on a vacation!

Very difficult to get an appt because she is never at work and her nurse Carrie is condescending and rude. Impossible to get a referral anywhere. I am switching primary care physicians.
