After being a patient of Dr. Aragon's for 20 years, I received a call from his office telling me that in 3 Days he will no longer be me Doctor. He will only give me 30 days of refills, and the earliest I can see a Doctor at the V A is April 2nd. My prescriptions will run out at the end of February. If I die from lack of medicine it will because of the actions of Dr. Aragon.

Extremely long wait times over an hour. Discharged due to too many reschedules but I couldn’t wait over an hour when I showed up early.

Have had 4 appts with them from Dr Aragon and the staff. The front office is efficient and the providers do excellent work.

Had a 3:30 pm appointment....made this appointment 2 months ago. I showed up 8 minutes before the appointment. I call to let them know I'm there she tells me she needs to check to make sure they can still see me !!?!? WHAT ??? I'm early not late in any way. Then I was told that when I made the appointment that I was told to be there 20 minutes before to check in if not I would have to reschedule.... I don't understan . So now I get to wait 2 more week for a rescheduled appointment . Usually when I show up I still have to wait up to 30 mins to an hours before I'm seen. Not happy at all

Today I had my appointed at 9:00 am I was 5min late an couldn’t see the doctor because I was late. This is my 3rd time I’m the office the other 2 appointment I waited 1 1/2 to see the doctor now they can see me because I ran 5 min late. Definitely I’m going to change doctors I understood they had a lot of patients so I waited 1 1/2 but they don’t understand that I came late 5 min.

My kids have been going to Dr.Aragon since they were little babies (they are now 12 and 13), I wouldn't trust any other doctor the way I trust him. Plus the staff are very helpful, professional and also very nice. If you are looking for a good doctor for you or your family members, I would definitely reccomend this place. Thank you Dr.Aragon and staff for all that you do for our family.
