This doc was terrible. We had a contact fitting for my teen and the doc kept trying to put the contacts in with very long fingernails. The teen kept flinching and the doc yelled and blamed it all on the teen. Horrible bedside manner. It was a terrible experience. I don't recommend this doc at all.

Dr. Cano Howe was not interested in my concerns and was very abrupt. I felt very uncomfortable. I would like to give a shout out and kudos to Maddie because she was very instrumental in helping me get my medication. I am hoping that I have more positive interactions with Maddie when I have to go back to the eye doctor.

I think it's hilarious that the only previous rating was a single star! I was hoping I could give less than one. When they overbooked and couldn't see me, when I'd allotted 2 hours before my scheduled return ride from the office that was only open two days a week, and I spoke to the receptionist about the rudeness of disregarding and disrespecting their clients' time, she told me that I NEED to reschedule with them. Oh, no, I don't need to reschedule with a business which offers me zero respect!

Dr. Cano-Howes is a wonderful eye doctor! I feel like she makes an effort to get to know her patients and really understand their circumstances regarding their vision. She's very thorough and provides excellent tips and resources to make it easier to care for my eyes.
