Excellent physician, surgeon and person. I owe the sight in one eye to Dr. Klein. I could not have been in better hands and I am forever grateful. Always kind, compassionate and patient during my appointments for the past 28 years. I recommend her and trust her without hesitation.

Dr. Klein is a superb physician and surgeon. Not only are her skills top notch and her knowledge up-to-date, she has the compassion, patience and empathy needed in a specialty like this. She is calm, confident and attentive. It has been my great privilege and honor to be her patient for 28 years. I have trusted her with my sight and have always felt very cared for and that I was in good, extremely competent hands. Her ethics match her skills. Thank you.

Dr Klein and her nurse harassed me during my visit to see another doctor. They also broke HIPPA laws by sharing information with me about another patient without their permission and then stating I wasn't doing enough to help this person without knowing anything about my own situation. Completely unprofessional. I will never return and if you respect your privacy, I don't think you should either.

In fairness, I spent most of my time seen by Dr. Klein's assistant, Mary Jo. She seemed friendly at 1st, but then seemed VERY rude/resistant to answering questions. The appt was for sudden blurry vision/eye pain. Never had eye issues, so this was frightening. I would've appreciated some answers! At the end, no diagnosis, and wouldn't give me my prescription for glasses THEY recommended without another appt. for a test they should've done BEFORE dialating me. An appt 2 mos later! Not going back..
