Her professionalism is subpar. She yells at people, talks down to people, makes excuse for her actions and demeanor due to her aging mother which I didn’t need to know about. Probably one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced.

This office is closed.

Very warm and experienced. Has been plagued with office staff personnel problems in the past but that has improved as of late.

Dr. H is amazing. When my husband went through cancer she told us " don't worry, thats my job!". I can't tell you how much it meant to me to know she had his back. She has watched over my children and grandchildren and family members who have needed care on vacation. She is like family. I wish her only the best in life.

She dropped me as my PCP with no notice, and my calls were never returned. I went in once and she had to yell at her staff because some of the examination/testing kits they needed were expired and it was their job to check.

So disappointed with this office. Been a patient for 10+years. This office is now down to a nurse Robert and office person his wife. Phone voicemail is always full for days. I have been following up on a prescription. Which I have never had problems for 3 years . 7 times I had to walk in to follow up. 1st time office staff response was "she was short staffed and had a very large stack of paperwork and she would get to it when she could". " I was going to have to deal with it". 6th face to face she had received paperwork from pharmacy and was on docs desk. Today she never had received it. I asked to speak to doc for an alternative med. called doc to lobby. I tried to explain to doc for 3 months I have been told excuse after excuse. I saw another side to doc. She said I was yelling at her staff and I too can get out and find another doc. Horrible ethics in this office. Follow Up: Received a call from Walgreens that prescription was approved. Walgreens apologized for this incident if it was on their end. I assured them that it was not. I had followed up with Walgreens before following up with doc staff. Wow done after 3 months of waiting. Won't go back to this establishment.

I drive my friend to their appointments here and can't believe how they are treated. . Front office staff is too busy gossiping about people and talking to each other to help you or answer questions. Higginbotham is scattered and very disorganized. Tries to get you in and out and has no time to answer questions. My friend has been going there for several years, and each time she thought they were a new patient. Never can find their file, or remember anything about earlier appointments. Long waiting times even with an appointment. She always seems very rushed.

NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. RECEPTION IS SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DOCTOR IS SUPER RUDE AND HAS TO LOOK UP IN A BOOK WHAT TO PRESCRIBE YOU. WORST DOCTOR EVER!

Dr. H has been my primary care doctor for many many years, and has been great to with, until recently. I've been having long term health issues and after 2 weeks her office still hasn't sent the referral and that she requested. Her reception actually yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me when I request lab results. When I went to talk to her about it she told me she could no longer help me and told me to leave her office. What kind of doctor tells a sick patient she no longer wants to help her?

Dr Higginbotham new receptionist is horrible!!! I think its time for me to look for a new primary care physician. Such a shame that she doesn't let you talk or want to listen to what you have to say. Told me when I was ready to let her talk she would talk to me. Not going to happen!!! I will just find another Dr.
