List of Love Lily's Reviews
This doctor is rude and arrogant. Had a simple nasal polyp that turned into a huge drama due to her unwillingness to listen and understand what I was trying to explain. DO NOT GO HERE. They keep this doctor around though many reviews state she is rude and incompetent!
I had an appointment with this doctor for nosebleeds I've been having for a month and a half. She asked me to tell her what was happening. I got one sentence out and she immediately cut me off. She is extremely rude, dismissive, DOES NOT LISTEN AND DOES NOT CARE. She literally laughed at me when I answered her question about how often I blow my nose. My goal for this visit was surely not her amusement. Do not spend time with this woman in any way. She needs to learn some social skills to better function in civilization and more importantly her work. She also needs to understand she is chosen by patients, not entitled to them. I now regret that my insurance has to pay a dime for me and my husband, whom she also treated extremely rudely, for such a terrible interaction with a doctor who looks down on everyone who crosses her path (based on the reviews I'm seeing, which do not differ much from mine).
I took my husband here and we will not be returning. We were referred to another doctor at this clinic, but this one had earlier availability. This lady is rude, dismissive and unprofessional. We left there feeling like she didn't care about my husband's issues and we literally talked about it the whole ride home. We have been Christie's patients for many years and this is the first time we have felt this way.
Oh, where to start. 🤔 My initial visit was great. It was decided I needed surgery to fix a deviated septum and to clear my nasal airway. Surgery went fine. I had the splints removed a week later. Dr Love, I believe is a great surgeon and ENT. She listened to and addressed my concerns. A few weeks after the splints were removed I began having sinus pain and pressure, as well as discolored nasal discharge. I tried calling so many times over the course of 6 weeks, including sending messages via MyChart. I left voicemail for the nurse there, Nurse Andrea. The only response I got from Nurse Andrea was to contact my primary care. Finally, after 6 weeks I got in touch with the office manager, and explained my situation. The office manager got me in for an appointment the very next day. Dr Love was concerned about the situation, and said she had not been given any of my messages from the nurse, Andrea. Dr Love did a swab, and called in an Rx for a Zpac and steroid. The swab came back positive for a staph infection. I tried calling in again for two days, finally getting through to this nurse, Andrea, who was so rude and condescending to me on the phone. Finally I was able to speak with the supervising Nurse Lisa, who understood my concerns and answered my questions. After multiple rounds of antibiotics and being sick for 2 months, I was able to get the care I needed. If they are so busy they can’t return calls or messages for life threatening infections, they need to stop taking new patients. The nurse Andrea, should not be working in an office that does surgery. If she would have relayed my messages to Dr Love I likely could have avoided a serious infection, that I am still recovering from three months later. If I live through this and fully recover, I will never go back here. Andrea does not need to be working as a nurse, period.
Too busy to make you important.
I never even saw this Dr. After a long wait to get the appointment, I went in as instructed 15 minutes before my appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes I asked at reception if it would be much longer. They said she was running "a little behind" and I should reschedule my appointment. It would have been nice to have been told that within the first 20 minutes of waiting. After reading all of her horrifying reviews I did not reschedule.
As a fellow physician, I understand what qualities make an excellent physician. It takes extraordinarily little effort to show that you are compassionate, caring and sincerely have a genuine interest in the patient that is sitting in front of you. Dr Love is lacking in those qualities. The visit was rushed, and Dr Love was not at all interested in a partnership of ideas. She was only interested in a very narrow and one-sided decision process. I found her to be curt and little effort was shown to help find an answer to the problem. I was told that I would do best to follow up with my primary care doctor for any future ENT problems.
Dr. Love is amazing. She did a MOHs defect closure on my lip and her work was incredible. Also, I was the most anxious patient I could imagine and she was so kind and understanding with me answering all of my questions patiently and offering a ton of comfort. The comments here about bad bedside manner truly confound me. My experience was that she had far and away better bedside manner than most doctors I've seen. I'm lucky that she was my doctor for this procedure.
She charges $100 a minute. A 15 minute appointment cost me $980, because on top of extortion they blackmail you into paying right away with a 30% discount. Shameful, disgusting, unjustifiable. PRIMUM NON NOCERE?
She is paid 100 dollars a minute: a fifteen minute visit cost $1,500. That is extortionate. And they compounded that with blackmail: if you pay right away, it will only cost you $980

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
