Always a truly fantastic experience at Railyard Urgent Care. Their COVID precautions are impressive, and getting a rapid test here was a breeze since they just come out to your car and swab your nose!. Ive also been for other issues that require me to go in during these crazy times and it was a very pleasant experience. The doctor took care to listen carefully and make very good and informed decisions. This is my healthcare goto in Santa Fe.
BMI is not a good indicator of health and doesn't take into account muscle mass.I work out 5x a week for up to an hour and am on a low carb diet. Thanks for implying twice that I need some kind of BMI intervention. I’m never going to be supermodel thin as I have a medium build and Latinx/indigenous genes that won’t quit. I also have a very soft face genetically and there’s nothing I can do about that barring plastic surgery. Even if this was warranted, it wasn't what the visits were about.I didn't really appreciate being told I don't have a health condition I know I have because I maybe didn't describe the symptoms 100% accurately.Other than that, good visits.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Troy Watson and Railyard Urgent Care. My son fell and injured his nose. He had a deep cut and we thought I may haven been broken. We arrived at the clinic at 5 minutes before closing on New Year’s Eve. We were seen quickly. Dr Watson was attentive , gracious and did an excellent job suturing my son’s nose.Railyard Urgent Care has been the go-to for my family since they opened. Thank you Dr Watson and the team!!
I had a very positive experience at Railyard Urgent Care. I was seen quickly and efficiently. The staff were kind, professional and answered my questions. What a relief!
Having used this Urgent Care several times in the past, I headed there late Saturday afternoon after breaking my ankle. I was processed quickly, and the med/xray tech was great. However, the FNP, Robyn Holley, who provided the diagnosis and follow up had neither interest in nor empathy for me (Im 69 years old). She gave me a referral to a bone specialist who has not been in Santa Fe since last July, and recommended that I use Ibuprophen for pain. I asked for a painkiller and she scolded me. I will not be returning to Railyard Urgent Care again.Liz C.
Yep still great I assume. Fortunately I have not been sick and as soon as the good people of NM get rid of the stupid governor, will go back.
The best Independent urgent care facility here in town. All of their staff are friendly, professional and understanding.Every time I visit I know that I'll be in the best hands and will be given the care I need.Thank you so much for everything you do.
For Urgent minor care pretty good, took my friend in 2C them. Only had a RN on Sat am when we went. Medication prescribed worked quickly for my friend, so overall given 5stars. Staff very professional and friendly. Would recommend them. R/Fred G Santa Fe
Bad service, excessive wait. Overhead Dr. Watson gossiping about patients with other staff. I knew exactly what I needed, a medication for a recurring condition. A physicians assistant took my vitals in NM they can prescribe medications; she apologized for being unable to help me. Company policy? So I waited and waited for the doctor. When I inquired about the long wait, the intake person said she told everyone it would be 12 hours, which would have been nice, but was untrue. My regular doctor was finally able to return my call, and I was in the middle of getting her to call in the scrip I knew I needed when Watson finally came into the room. I told him Id be a minute (having waited well over an hour myself), and he flounced out. I exited the exam room and asked which way to exit. Watson started grouching at me about how he was willing to treat me now. Too late.Ill be notifying my insurance company not to pay a bill, since they offered no service.
Doctor Watson MD was awesome. So glad to have his services in our back yard. I highly recomend the Railyard Urgent Care!Theo
Very Professional and clean place. Would definitely recommend this place for sure. Thank you Railyard
I have been seen at Railyard Urgent Care twice, and both times I received exceptional service. All the staff is amazing, and the physicians are very attentive. The care was prompt and very professional. As a Nurse I know how important it is to be caring and dedicated.
We gave this office (employees) too many stars, too quickly. We thought we saw care & efficiency, which would result in continued care & healing, not the case. The day after I came to UC very ill, the Dr. called, we were grateful. I relayed to him that I was very sick, still, he knew of the infection, he told me he'd call the next day. I waited all day, the 3rd day, no call, then it was too late for me to call there. I don't recall ever being this sick, no sign of improvement. The 4th day I called, only to find that he wasn't there, someone else needed to get back to me. (I believe it may have been, Cat, who had a Dr. call before the whole day went by); in seeing my chart, plus hearing how I felt even worse, he immediately told me "throw thatprescription away"!, he called in a new one and it instantly started to do the job. I woke feeling well and am well now. The trouble here is, you can't pick whom you will see. We will go to SWCare next time. I am very grateful to the girls and to the 2nd Physician who helped me.
Troy Watson was one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of being seen by. He was kind, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very attentive. I had just lost my sister and he asked me how I was holding up....he was very caring and a fantastic listener. He even made me laugh several times. That in itself was a HUGE gift considering the state I was in walking in there. I was extremely impressed with the very professional staff and the cleanliness of the building as well. I highly recommend this urgent care. Wonderful experience.
Had a Dr. tell me today that the longer I keep him in there talking (after a serious claim and diagnosis) the more rooms are filling up and if I wanted he'd go get a scalpel to cut me open, stating further he really didn't care. NOTE: Did not take cultures of affected cite, did not examine for more that five seconds, and gave life threatening diagnosis. I'm still in shock.
Excellent!!! Dr. Roy is thoughtful, efficient, and caring. The staff is efficient. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service during these extremely hard times.
The physicians spend as much time as needed with their patients to make sure the health issue is addressed properly.
Went in for some severe throat pain, could hear the doctor and nurses using unprofessional talk, loud enough for everyone to hear them. When the Doctor consulted with me, it seemed like he barely cared and what do you know I end up having to take allergy medicine and some things for pain that ultimately don’t do anything for me, only to have my throat get worse, more pain and go to a different urgent care where the doctor actually looks at what’s going on with me and tried to solve the problem by putting me on the right medication. This doctor at the Railyard seems very incompetent and I would go somewhere else, where they actually know what they’re doing. Never had a problem with the previous doctors that used to work there.
Ive been to Railyard Urgent Care a number of times and its always great. Theres absolutely nothing to complain about. The medical and supporting staff are always professional and caring. Medical personnel take all of the time they need to discuss your concerns and refer you to specialists if thats whats needed. I had a really bad allergy problem this spring and didnt go because I was afraid of contracting the virus in a place like that where sick people go. It finally got so bad, I had to go for help. I was relieved to see that theyve got a thorough system in place to keep everyone safe. I would highly recommend Railyard Urgent Care to anyone.
