Always a truly fantastic experience at Railyard Urgent Care. Their COVID precautions are impressive, and getting a rapid test here was a breeze since they just come out to your car and swab your nose!. Ive also been for other issues that require me to go in during these crazy times and it was a very pleasant experience. The doctor took care to listen carefully and make very good and informed decisions. This is my healthcare goto in Santa Fe.
BMI is not a good indicator of health and doesn't take into account muscle mass.I work out 5x a week for up to an hour and am on a low carb diet. Thanks for implying twice that I need some kind of BMI intervention. I’m never going to be supermodel thin as I have a medium build and Latinx/indigenous genes that won’t quit. I also have a very soft face genetically and there’s nothing I can do about that barring plastic surgery. Even if this was warranted, it wasn't what the visits were about.I didn't really appreciate being told I don't have a health condition I know I have because I maybe didn't describe the symptoms 100% accurately.Other than that, good visits.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Troy Watson and Railyard Urgent Care. My son fell and injured his nose. He had a deep cut and we thought I may haven been broken. We arrived at the clinic at 5 minutes before closing on New Year’s Eve. We were seen quickly. Dr Watson was attentive , gracious and did an excellent job suturing my son’s nose.Railyard Urgent Care has been the go-to for my family since they opened. Thank you Dr Watson and the team!!
I had a very positive experience at Railyard Urgent Care. I was seen quickly and efficiently. The staff were kind, professional and answered my questions. What a relief!
Having used this Urgent Care several times in the past, I headed there late Saturday afternoon after breaking my ankle. I was processed quickly, and the med/xray tech was great. However, the FNP, Robyn Holley, who provided the diagnosis and follow up had neither interest in nor empathy for me (Im 69 years old). She gave me a referral to a bone specialist who has not been in Santa Fe since last July, and recommended that I use Ibuprophen for pain. I asked for a painkiller and she scolded me. I will not be returning to Railyard Urgent Care again.Liz C.
Yep still great I assume. Fortunately I have not been sick and as soon as the good people of NM get rid of the stupid governor, will go back.
For Urgent minor care pretty good, took my friend in 2C them. Only had a RN on Sat am when we went. Medication prescribed worked quickly for my friend, so overall given 5stars. Staff very professional and friendly. Would recommend them. R/Fred G Santa Fe
The best Independent urgent care facility here in town. All of their staff are friendly, professional and understanding.Every time I visit I know that I'll be in the best hands and will be given the care I need.Thank you so much for everything you do.
Bad service, excessive wait. Overhead Dr. Watson gossiping about patients with other staff. I knew exactly what I needed, a medication for a recurring condition. A physicians assistant took my vitals in NM they can prescribe medications; she apologized for being unable to help me. Company policy? So I waited and waited for the doctor. When I inquired about the long wait, the intake person said she told everyone it would be 12 hours, which would have been nice, but was untrue. My regular doctor was finally able to return my call, and I was in the middle of getting her to call in the scrip I knew I needed when Watson finally came into the room. I told him Id be a minute (having waited well over an hour myself), and he flounced out. I exited the exam room and asked which way to exit. Watson started grouching at me about how he was willing to treat me now. Too late.Ill be notifying my insurance company not to pay a bill, since they offered no service.
Doctor Watson MD was awesome. So glad to have his services in our back yard. I highly recomend the Railyard Urgent Care!Theo

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
