Never got to meet him. Made an appointment as a new patient to coincide with my husband’s appointment in surgical center. Scheduler said that would work out just fine. We drive an hour to this location… Surgical center says that shouldn’t be allowed since he won’t be able to stay in their small recovery area but they’ll try. Go to my appointment…I’m next! Yay, it might work. Had a 10:10 am and at 10:25, a sales type person with no appointment goes back and then another patient whose apt is after mine goes back…reason ‘no room available’ yet other patients are streaming back…next reason is not enough help and short staffed? Just rude!!!

Dr. Levy was willing to see me for the first time even during the COVID crisis and I really appreciated this. A few months ago, an ophthalmologist in Phoenix discovered I had Uveitis, a potentially serious eye inflammation. This has been treated but I’m supposed to have it checked every few months. Dr. Levy and his staff were friendly and professional. He willingly answered my questions and made sure I left with a print out of his recommendations. The entire visit took about an hour. Everyone in the office wore a mask and gloves. Before entering the office, they took my temp and asked me the standard COVID screening questions. I would definitely see Dr Levy again.

Dr. Levy is very serious and at first I felt uncomfortable, but I soon realized the he was just listening intently. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with my eye problems. The staff is very bubbly and the building is super nice.

I waited over 2 hours before seeing Dr. Levy for a routing annual eye exam. He seemed robotic and not engaged with me at all. When I asked him questions he gave short non-informative answers. When I offered constructive feedback about the extensive wait time he responded that next year Eye Associates would set me up with another doctor who kept a tighter schedule. I am a pleasant, respectful person, not a demanding patient.

Dr Levy is no doubt very knowledgeable. The facility is very nice. The staff is great. Dr. Levy has all the personality of poured concrete and is totally deaf to his patients.

Horrible. Horrible bedside manner. I've never had a prescription for xanax but could use one after an appointment with this doctor.
